  Brilliant service! So much more personal than having a videographer

  Brilliant service! So much more personal than having a videographer. And the final product was beautiful and made us both cry with happiness and laughter. We have watched it over and over again. Thank you!!!

  Perfect and personal

  I would just like to say that we were absolutely blown away with the 'You Do The Shoot' video. I was extremely excited and nervous to see what the footage had come out like as I really didn't notice the cameras on the day and so didn't know what bits were captured (which was a good thing!)! I think it was the final product was so natural and really captured the feel of the day because it was our friends behind the cameras and so they just seemed to blend in meaning everyone had so much fun interacting with them as they were passed around. I was also so impressed with your organization in delivering/collecting the equipment and how easy the cameras were to work. It was also very special that we got to choose the songs and you were very flexible in creating something that was perfect and personal for us. Thank you once again, we will definitely be recommending 'You Do The Shoot' to all our friends!!!

  when a friend of a friend got married and I saw their wedding video I thought that's for me then. I also found them on hitched and read some of there reviews. After that I knew I was on to a good thing and sure enough I was right fantastic decision so glad we went with You Do The Shoot amazing video great price highly recommend these guys

  DIY wedding videos are so COOOOOOOL!

  DIY wedding videos are so COOOOOOOL! That sums it up for me. Having your friends and family make something for you that you'll treasure for the rest of your life is priceless. There are other options of course, but really when you get down to it there is no comparison . I don't really want a stranger hanging out with us while we rare getting ready. On the other hand having my sister film us was a total laugh. Also we both had a camera so we both got to see what the other person was doing during this time. How much would normally cost , what two cameramen at different locations and then throughout the day my friends went and filmed in places no cameraman would dare to go. Meaning I got a chance to see what everyone was doing and saying while I was busy getting married. Fantastic best video ever. I would say if you don't do it yourself or at least combine it with a cameraman your mad. Oh and the cost is so reasonable compared with what the "traditional" wedding video cost. We ended up with something that is priceless. When we shared it with frtiends who couldn't make it they said it was like they were actually there. One person side it was better...cheeky

  It is something I will always treasure and I absolutely recommend 5 stars

  I first time I heard about you do the shoot diy wedding videos. I was at my cousins wedding and noticed the grooms men sharing a video camera and the brides maids also doing the same.
  I asked what the story was and they told me about you do the shoot. They provide all the equipment, couriered to you a few days before the wedding and picked after. They also give you tutorials on what’s the best things to film. It was really great because you didn’t feel self conscious when they filmed you. Everyone was messing around in front of the cameras and telling story’s and leaving messages and I thought what a brill idea I want it fro my wedding. I even had a go at filming myself and it was really easy because the cameras they supply are so good and easy to use. I contacted them and asked if they could send the cameras to Wales as they were London based and the said no problem
  they a arrived and we filmed the entire wedding day and the day leading up to it
  the finished results were amazing. I think the best part for me when I watched it, was seeing all the stuff I missed. Like when John was waiting at the church for me and all the congratulations people sent us and how much fun everyone had

Hand them over to your mates and you end up with the best wedding video you could imagine ...Yeah it may not be a flowery as some of the pro ones that cost 5X times as much. But its got heart and soul and that what was important to me and my missus. Just truly blown away by the finished results

  We used You Do The Shoot for our wedding this year and couldnt be happier with the DVDs.
  
  The process from start to finish was so easy and so well organized, we had nothing to worry about. The cameras were easy for anyone to use and there was plenty of battery life for the whole day. Sending the cameras back was also simple and easy to do!
  
  The edited DVDs are perfect and exactly what we were looking for, a relaxed, fun and classic way to document your day and capture your loved ones! Would highly recommend.

  I could not have wished for a better way to remember that amazing day

  I didn't know really what I expected our finished video to be like, having not been privy to 80% of what was being filmed. Of course I saw my sister and her boyfriend Mike, all over the place, camcorders in hand have a great old time and Dora had one camcorder with us in the morning, which was a hoooooot. But apart from that, I was blissfully unaware most of the time . Which only added to my utter surprise and amazement when I eventually viewed it for the first time..OMG incredible, the best way to describe it is like a personalized documentary filmed by people that love you, that want to make it as good as possible for you, that get you and your sense of humor. I really cant imagine how you can improve upon this approach.......The Guys at You Do the Shoot were fab, staying in contact right up to the time the gear was delivered and making sure all was good, and then same with the collection. A really smooth operation, they basically make it idiot proof luckily for me haha....I could not have wished for a better way to remember that brill day or had a nicer gift from my sis and Michael xx

  I heard about You do the shoot, through a friend of mine who used them last year. we where at the wedding and I remember seeing the grooms men filming everyone, me included and having a lot of fun in the process.
  I asked what the score was, and they explained the idea to me..... we film, they edit and supply all the gear.
  I saw the finished results, and any skepticism I had completely vanished. It was a great wedding video, mainly because it was relaxed funny and unlike any wedding video I had seen before, every personal.
  So when we got married in January we also used you do the shoot with equally fantastic results
