James was absolutely fantastic. I honestly cannot recommend him enough, he made us feel so comfortable and full of compliments. Captured all the special parts of our day and even made a few changes for me when i was 100% on one of the videos. Thank you so much! -

We booked James for our wedding at Crockwell Farm in October 2024. Our biggest priority from the wedding video was to capture natural moments between our lovely guests, and James absolutely nailed this. The video he produced not only captures the day in the most fantastic way, but also features every single guest and moments that we didn't even notice at the time! He is so kind and easygoing, able to work around whatever is going on and he collaborated with our photographer amazingly despite having never worked with him before. We'd definitely recommend him! -

We cannot recommend James enough! He captured all the special moment of our wedding day so beautifully, from the big events to the little, heartfelt details we didn’t even realise were happening. He was so much fun and our guests loved him as much as we did.
The final video was beyond what we could have imagined - it perfectly captured the emotion and laughter from beginning to end. We have watched it so many times, and every time we’re transported back to out magical day. Thank you for creating a keepsake we’ll cherish forever!James O'Halloran Studios's reply:

Right from the first email, James was incredibly communicative, friendly and helpful throughout our wedding planning process, and of course during the editing stages in the weeks after our big day.
James created the most beautiful documentary of our day, it’s so stunning, so beautiful & so perfect. The attention to detail that James has in his work is incredible and he is such a lovely calming presence on the day without being at all intrusive. All those little moments that we perhaps weren’t able to notice or see on the day ourselves, were just wonderful to see in the film! The whole energy of the day was perfectly wrapped up in James' work and we cannot thank him or recommend him enough. We know we’ll be treasuring this for the rest of our lives and can’t wait to show literally everyone we know!

Simply Brilliant. I can’t overstate how good James is at what he does. He captured our wedding so perfectly. Our finished video feels cinematic, it feels personal, it’s beautifully colour graded, and we just love it! His filming setup is so professional, and the amount of footage and angles that James captured throughout the day was impressive. He’s also a really lovely guy. Lots of our guests commented on how personable and friendly he was, and that comes across when communicating with him, whether via email or face-to-face. If you’re getting married and are looking for a videographer, I can’t recommend James enough. Just check out his previous work and you’ll see what I mean. Once again, simply brilliant. Thank you James for providing us with such a wonderful reminder of our day. -

We hired James as our wedding videographer and even three months on, we can't stop singing his praises. Throughout the planning process, James was really responsive and took the time to discuss plans for the day in detail so we were all on the same page.
On our big day, James arrived at the time planned with honestly the best attitude we could have asked for. James just knew how to blend into the background whilst also making everyone feel really comfortable and making sure that I had enough water! He wasn't 'just' a videographer - he helped with loading the cars with things for the venue, getting people drinks and organising people!
We've recevied so many positive comments from our wedding guests about James, and these aren't even people who have seen his final products. Everyone appreciated his approach to videography and his ability to gel with guests (and turn a blind eye to family expletives in speeches!).
Our videos are absolutely great and we must have watched them about fifteen times! We're made up that we have all of our speeches, our ceremony, and clips of our family for years to come. We know that what James has produced will be treasured for the rest of our lives! Thank you James for capturing the essence of our day so well - you really have made the day come alive all over again during each watch.
