Michael filmed our wedding for us three years ago and he did such an amazing job, hiring him was easily one of the best decisions we made. Michael’s work speaks for itself. He created a beautiful, memorable, stylish and sentimental wedding video that we absolutely cherish. A particular highlight of the day was how easy Michael was to work with, yet he went above and beyond for us to ensure he got the best possible footage for us without ever being remotely demanding or intrusive. We met with Michael prior to our big day, we discussed exactly what style we wanted and Michael was very keen to get all the little details just right! On the day he was so professional, getting all the little details in we had requested! We got a preview within a week and didn’t have to wait long for the main one to be delivered in a beautiful personalised gift box! We asked for a few little edits which Michael was happy to do! Michael captured our wedding in august 2023 and We were absolutely over the moon with our wedding video from him! Michael is absolutely amazing at what he does. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, discreet, and completely blended into the background, so much so that many of our guests didn’t even realise we had a videographer!

We received a beautiful 1-minute social media teaser, a longer 6-minute highlight film, and a couple of hours of uncut footage. The 6-minute video somehow managed to perfectly sum up our entire day, perfectly capturing the emotion, the laughter, and atmosphere. He used audio from our vows and speeches so beautifully, and even included stunning drone shots.

I’ve already watched the video at least 100 times and still get teary every time (and I’m not a crier!). Michael also kindly offered to share stills from his footage for an additional charge, which gave us even more lovely moments to look back on.

Michael was really responsive throughout the planning process, which made everything stress-free.

If I had one small piece of feedback, it’s that I wish the video had been a little bit longer, only because it was that good and I didn’t want it to end!

We are so glad we got Michael from Apex Weddings to video our wedding in September 2024. Michael is brilliant at what he does and it was a pleasure to have him there on the day. The quality of the video is amazing and he really captured the whole day perfectly. 100% would recommend to anyone.

I contacted Michael at Apex Wedding Videos in March or April 2024. Our big day was the 1st June2024. I hadn’t considered a videographer and other people had said I didn’t need it. But one night I just scrolling through wedding pages and thought I’d like the memories of people’s voices and mannerisms. Wasn’t sure at the time why this came over me quite sudden. Thankfully Michael was free. My wedding was in Whitehead and I was living in Cork but Michael went through everything over the phone and email. I think he probably dreaded my wedding because I was very laid back and gave him no direction. I didn’t want any stress so any questions he asked I replied “you will know what is best and I trust you” after watching his other work. Michael delivered beyond my dreams. He was in the background and every so often would ask for something in particular but that was mostly ignore the camera to the rest of the wedding party. I barely realised Michael was at the wedding and worked really well with my photographer who he had never met. After the wedding I received a preview then my full version and Michael kept in contact asking if there was certain music I would like or anything that was particularly important to be included. Just under a year after my wedding I had a family loss and had messaged Michael would it be possible to get little clips and audio just of my dad and within hours he sent me a compilation . I will never forgot his kindness for this. If you are in two minds if you should get a videographer this is your sign to book Apex you will not be disappointed. The only disappointment will be if you don’t .

Michael we couldn’t have asked or wished for any better. Michael made myself and my husband feel so calm and relaxed on our big day. Michael was funny, friendly and very professional. Michael captured every detail from our big day, there wasn’t one thing he had missed and we are so thankful to have such a beautiful wedding video that we can look back on for many years to come.
