Palagina caters to weddings with up to 250 guests and has several indoor and outdoor ceremony and reception options. Nearlyweds can exchange vows in the meticulously landscaped gardens where the picturesque views of the Florentine countryside provide an idyllic backdrop for ceremonies and wedding photographs. Afterward, the newlyweds and their guests enjoy a cocktail reception on the terrace, relax in the gardens, or have a drink by the pools while soaking up the warm Italian sunshine. The wedding breakfast can be hosted on the terrace overlooking the valley below or indoors, where the rustic banquet hall with its gorgeous exposed brick ceiling provides an atmospheric setting perfect for the occasion.

The dedicated staff, under the expert guidance of director Giulia Rimini, will be on hand to cater to every wish and desire of guests. Accommodation is also available at the property, with 29 elegant rooms, 5 apartments, and 1 dimora with a private pool to choose from.

Wedding of the Century at La Palagina
In Long: Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin. We had the wedding of our dreams at La Palagina. Having exclusive access to the entire estate for the weekend allowed us to host all of our guests on-site—something that was so important to us. From start to finish, the team handled everything flawlessly, even with such a large group.

We kicked things off with a welcome dinner in the vineyard—delicious food, and amazing wine straight from the vines. The views and vibes were immaculate. Our wedding day was everything we envisioned and more: a breathtaking ceremony location, a stunning dinner setup complete with chandeliers, and a beautifully tented space to dance the night away. The layout of the estate made everything feel close and connected, while still offering a sense of variety and flow throughout the day.
We added some personal touches to surprise our guests, like a fresh mozzarella station and a spectacular fireworks show—both absolutely worth every penny. To cap off the weekend, we hosted a fun pool party featuring the infinity pool, refreshing cocktails, and a gelato cart (a crowd favorite!).
While the estate is historic and charming—with that perfect Tuscan character—it’s well-maintained and filled with beauty in every corner. Any small utility issues were addressed immediately. The on-site restaurant and bar were available for our guests all weekend long, offering extras like olive oil and wine tastings and cooking classes, which added even more magic to the experience.
And the celebrations didn’t stop after the main events. Every night, the team found ways to keep the energy going, creating unforgettable moments that we’ll cherish forever. A huge shoutout to Mattia and Simone—these two legends were a crowd favorite, there from early mornings until late at night, always with a smile and an incredible attitude. They truly went above and beyond to make every day exceptional.
I genuinely cannot say enough good things about this venue, the phenomenal staff, and the unforgettable experience we had. It was everything we hoped for and more.
