No flowers in bridal suite, member of staff had bride crying and distraught due to mix up regarding candles on tables which was due to lack of communication between management and staff, charged bridal suite twice, photographer was hassled and told to speed up as meal was ready despite having another half hour also due to a wet day photos had to be taken against a blank white wall as no other venue was offered, also toiletries weren't replenished daily for guests who stayed almost a week. High praise though for the doorman who was most courteous.Also charged a surcharge on credit card payments for guests whose bill exceeded £500 without prior notice.

My sister had her Wedding in the Tullyglass Hotel, it was absolutely beautiful. The gardens / surroundings were to die for, which helped thanks to the gorgeous weather we had. The food was delicious and not to mention the day went hitch-free. With a great disco to end the night in style.
