The Tithe Barn

We attended a Wedding Fair at the Kingfisher in 2024 and instantly knew that this was the venue for us. We fell in love with the Tithe Barn and then we were treated to the addition of the new Pavilion which is stunning! We also found the hotel accommodation for all our guests very appealing. Through the planning stages the team were always on hand to answer any questions that we had and made sure that we felt confident that the dream day would be exactly the way we wanted. Anna was our wedding-coordinator and a special cameo from Maiya was welcomed as her and Anna really did understand our vision all the way through our planning journey! Cannot praise Anna enough, between her and the team, the effort on the day of the wedding in setting up the finishing touches was exactly as we had imagined. On the day of the wedding we were introduced to Liam who would be our Master of Ceremonies, though he ended up being the calm and ‘can do’ person that we needed to ensure the smooth running and we couldn’t have appreciated that more! The food and venue were perfect and the bar, waiting and kitchen team really did pull off a memorable day for all! Special mentions to Chloe, who calmly ensured that we were suitably refreshed and Naomi who brought her charm and sparkle. Chris and the team at The Tithe Barn really did make our wedding day vision come to life and we couldn’t have been happier!

Right from the start, we knew we'd made the right choice in choosing The Tithe Barn because they were so organised. They gave us recommended times for the day, a detailed list to help us to plan, always responded quickly and were easy to contact. We strongly found having the hotel on site hugely helpful for our guests and they were very happy with their rooms. Guests commented on how well the day flowed and the quality of the food, and the DJ was excellent. Staff cleared up and organised quickly at every step on the day. We truly recommend Tithe Barn and we will be back to visit. We're already hoping for a 10 year anniversary party there, as we'd love to have a day there again.

We couldn't recommend The Tithe Barn Bedford enough! We got married at the start of September 2026, the whole process with them was seemless.

We originally had booked another venue but that fell through suddenly and The Tithe Barn were there to help us. In all honesty we should of gone there first but things happen for a reason.

Luckily they had our planned date available and we got the ball rolling from there. All the staff meetings we had were super helpful and they couldn't do enough for us.

We had serval meetings with the staff and also went to their open days and meal tastings.

As for the day it was perfect. The venue itself is beautiful and doesn't need alot of decorations but my wife to be at the time had other ideas haha! But she made a plan for the team and they followed it to perfection and brought her day to life!

This venue is amazing and the staff are fantastic!

It's been a couple of weeks now since our big day and still fondly remember it like yesterday.
A massive thank you to everyone involved but also a special thank you to Emily (co-ordinator) for organising and planning everything even though we gave you a challenge of 3 months (sorry), Liam (Master of Ceremonies) Words can not express our gratitude for everything you done for us from the beginning of our day (whilst make up and hair was being done) from organising and setting up, wedding breakfast to the evening party you were fantastic and we can not express how much you made our day run so smoothly.
Finally how can we forget Josh (Skipper of the boat) You were BRILLIANT!
You overdelivered to everyone on the day especially our son who you went out of your way to help, so grateful and will always be remembered by everyone on the day, THANK YOU!!!!

To be honest all the staff involved on our day and there were a lot. They were so so attentive, understanding (when my partner was having a moment), friendly, reassuring, helpful and totally in control of knowing what we wanted and fulfilling our wishes making it our best day ever.
The chef's also were brilliant the food was out of this world we had feather blade of beef YUM melt in the mouth amazing so many compliments and they even went out of their way to accommodate an extra guest who arrived unplanned, Thank you.

We couldn't of asked for more even all our family and guests have mentioned since our day that they were so, so impressed with the venue, the staff and the amazing boat rides up the river and the bonus of some outside space for lawn games.

We went for the iconic package and paid extra for boat hire which was well worth it, Definitely recommend!!

DEFINITELY THE BEST VENUE EVER!!!

All in all The Tithe Barn and all the staff made our special day a day we will never forget.
Already booked the Kingfisher room for next year for our 1st year Anniversary :)

We had a lovely wedding experience at The Tithe Barn. Laura our wedding co ordinator and all the staff involved were amazing and so kind with making our day so special, without them we feel the day wouldn’t have gone so smoothly and appreciate everything they have all done for us and making us feel so at ease and giving us lots of memories to cherish. Even our guests said how relaxed and calm the day was. We all enjoyed the food and drink served and wouldn’t change a thing.
We stayed at the kingfisher hotel in the dragonfly room, which was perfect for the weekend and the bed was so comfortable and staff were at hand to help us with anything we required.
We also enjoyed an evening meal with family and friends at the hotel the night before, which was well planned and thought out and a lovely start to the weekend.

We booked our wedding reception 2,5 years before our wedding date and the barns couldn’t be more helpful. Every question from booking up until the day they answered so quickly.
Once we got to our wedding date we had everything ready to go, the staff helped my husband unload everything (it was a lot of stuff) we also had our dress rehearsal at our church the night before our wedding so I didn’t have time to let anyone know where things needed to go so I emailed Laura that night with roughly what needed to be where.
Laura came to see me the morning of the wedding to let me know she had my email and herself and Liam would be sorting it all.
When I got back to the barns after our church service I couldn’t believe everything was perfectly placed!
The bar staff were amazing that night! My husband wanted me to make sure they got told how great they were!

From the minute we pulled up and saw how beautiful the venue was we knew that it was the place we wanted to get married! The team have all been so welcoming and it is clear that they all love their job, they made sure that our day went perfectly even changing ribbons on all the chairs the morning of the wedding as they weren't the ones we wanted!
The day ran smoothly and was everything we wanted and more! We didn't have to think on the day as the staff directed us where we needed to be which helped us to just enjoy the day rather than worrying about time schedules!
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Tithe Barn as a venue!

We got married at Tithe Barn on 9th June and everything was so perfect! The staff were all brilliant on the day especially when our 7 month old started getting fussy before the ceremony. Anna and Liam made sure that the day ran smoothly, they checked in with us throughout the day and were always on hand if we needed them. Anna was also very helpful in the lead up to the wedding and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. We really felt looked after from the moment we first visited the venue. The venue is absolutely stunning and the perfect location. We especially loved the Jetty where we had some photos taken by the river. The newly renovated pavilion adds a cosy feel to an already beautiful venue! We’re so happy that we chose Tithe Barn for our special day!!

We had our wedding on the 28th May 2026 and had such an amazing day.
The lead up started approx 18 months before with our first visit to the venue, we have always been met with smiley, welcoming, knowledgeable staff. Communication was great and each meeting was followed up with a timely confirmation email. The venue itself is so pretty and has a lovely pavilion with outdoor area to spill out into, gorgeous green area to the front of the barn with beautiful flowers and it is right by the river. Our actual day was organised really well, all the little touches we had asked for were in place, nothing was too much trouble.
Our wedding planner Anna and Master of ceremonies Liam kept the day running smoothly keeping everything on track and taking the stress away from us. We felt comfortable knowing they had everything in hand which allowed us to enjoy our day.

Our wedding was a truly wonderful day, the venue was absolutely perfect, so beautiful - the food was amazing and we could not fault the staff on their service, so amenable and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. We would not hesitate to recommend the The Tithe Barn - you will not be disappointed! Fantastic vale for money too compared to other venues.

Amazing venue and at an excellent price. The team worked tirelessly to ensure we had an amazing wedding better than we envisioned. They communicated all the way through right up until the day. The food was exceptional and such a beautiful venue. The packages are well thought out and there is definitely something to suit all budgets.

The Tithe Barn was such a beautiful setting for our wedding. We loved every minute of our wedding day & all the hard work from the staff behind the scenes made it flawless.
Our decorations were set up beautifully, every detail thought through. The food was delicious & hot. Serving for a large number of people is always a challenge but we had numerous comments on how delicious the food was. The staff worked so hard & always friendly with a smile on their faces.
Communication has been very good throughout the 18 month process. I would definitely recommend, our wedding day dreams were bought to life.

We choose the Tithe Barn after viewing several other venues as we were impressed with the packages they offered. From the moment of booking through the 2 years until the big day nothing was to much trouble.

On the wedding day the team at Tithe Barn supported the seamless running of our day to insure that everything went smoothly without having to constantly ask questions.

Many of the guests commented on the stunning location, relaxed atmosphere and exceptional food. We are so glad that this was our venue and will for every be greatfull to the team for helping to put together our perfect day.

From start to finish, we had the most amazing experience with Tithe Barn. From our initial meeting, we were very impressed by the level of detail that was covered during our visit. The team explained the different packages available and also gave us a list of recommended suppliers who were familiar with the venue - this made our wedding planning feel less stressful. We were also lucky enough to see the venue when it was set up for a wedding, which helped make our decision even easier. The venue also has a hotel onsite, to which we were allocated a number of rooms for our guests. This was super helpful for those wanting to stay after the event, and breakfast was also included the next morning. Throughout the planning process, our wedding coordinator, Kinga, kept in constant contact, answering all our questions, whether by phone or email, with prompt responses. Before our wedding day, we were invited to taste our wedding menu, and we were not disappointed. In regards to our wedding day, it couldn't have gone any better. The whole team at Tithe Barn were incredible, the day ran so smoothly, the food was amazing, and we can't thank them enough. We can't recommend Tithe Barn highly enough.

We got married at The Tithe Barn in April and it was everything we could have wished for. From the beginning, the staff were amazing. They are always on hand when you need them, whether it’s a quick email or a meeting.
Kinga, our wedding coordinator was amazing! She was so kind and made sure everything ran smoothly from the whole planning process, to the final day!
The venue itself is beautiful, we had the marquee aswell and used Stardust events to help us decorate. We had menu tasting a few months before, which allowed us to choose various options to try.
We had canapés which were lovely - our guests complemented these.
In the evening, we had the Squires events for the DJ, they took requests and again made sure we had everything we wanted.

Thank you so much to all of the team, we would recommend this venue to anybody.
