The Tenuta dei Normanni, the jewel in the crown of the Salerno hills that served as a Norman hunting reserve in the Middle Ages, is just a few kilometres from the city centre, is well connected to the ring road and the motorway network, and has ample parking.

It offers splendid outdoor spaces for civil weddings—for which Tenuta dei Normanni was the first location to partner with the Municipality of Salerno—and for the reception of your dreams.

The Amphitheatre is a uniquely evocative space, built of sandstone in the natural hollow of a cavea and surrounded by olive trees. The large arena with its tiered seating and central stage is the preferred choice for celebrating individual moments of the wedding or even the entire event, from the ceremony to a romantic dinner under the stars, from the welcome aperitif to the cutting of the cake, enhanced by music, live entertainment, and light shows on the tiers. The evocative atmosphere of the arena extends to the adjacent green area of ​​the Oasis, where a scenic swimming pool takes pride of place, surrounded by lawns and shaded by olive trees.

The Garden is a large room surrounded by lawn, which can accommodate up to 250 guests at tables, thanks to 1,200 square meters of paved area, with a white marquee that can be closed if necessary in case of unforeseen weather. It features a covered buffet area and a characteristic Vietri ceramic kitchen area for the scenic preparation of dishes in full view. At night, it is illuminated by the dramatic effects of suspended lights, which enhance the water features of the fountains and the embrace of the trees and flowers.

Inside the Norman Villa, which pays homage to Mediterranean art and Gaudí's eclectic style, lies the Norman Hall: refined and welcoming, with its characteristic sandstone corners, it takes its name from a life-size high relief of a Norman knight and can accommodate up to 180 guests at tables. The room overlooks the evocative Mosaic Courtyard, with its original travertine and lava stone flooring. It is furnished with wrought-iron chairs, benches, and tables, adorned with olive trees, and features a delightful bakery corner with a wood-fired oven.

Nestled in the lush Mediterranean scrub of the 14-hectare park lies the surprise of a small natural waterfall, the perfect backdrop for your romantic photoshoot.

Also within the large park are two guesthouses, ensuring a pleasant stay for your guests. They can stay in comfortable apartments sleeping 2, 4, and 6 (for a total of 60 guests), enjoy the Oasis pool, and treat themselves to a relaxing wedding weekend, which can be enhanced (upon request) with experiences at the Estate.

Casa Pedrera, a small Mediterranean restaurant within the Tenuta and the Oasis pool, also offers the option of hosting a party (an aperitif and/or brunch) the day before and/or after your wedding to extend the celebrations with your friends and family.
