  Staff are attentive, caring and supportive

  The team at Wortley Hall have been brilliant for us. They were always on hand to answer questions even with last minute panics.
  
  They helped with the day flawlessly and everything ran smoothly from start to finish.
  
  Guests have also commented upon how friendly and approachable the team are.
  
  A special thanks to Ellie and Carla who assisted me an my husband with our special day.
  
  We would highly recommend this beautiful venue.

  Wedding 22nd june

  We book Wortley Hall 18 months in advance they worked with us to give us an amazing day. Had plenty of meeting to make sure they knew what we wanted. The stunning grounds made for beautiful photos. Only had 1 small issue but the team fixed it straight away! Very professional and lovely team!

  Food outstanding

  The food and staff throughout the day were absolutely amazing and a real credit to the hotel.
  Housekeeping needs to be reviewed across all rooms.

  Amazing stately home/hotel with beautiful gardens

  We were a delayed covid wedding. The venue we’re amazing with changing dates and plans. The representative we originally had left the business but our new representative took the time to read our notes and book a catch up with us to ensure we were happy.
  We were even more grateful that we were able to keep our original price as we got a deal by booking an off peak date for 2021. As we moved it to a year later they honoured all the prices.

  Fabulous wedding venue, relaxed & efficient

  We had our wedding here recently. The organisation, flexibility and values of Wortley Hall are truly exceptional. Nothing was a problem, the wedding planners accommodated everything we requested and more. The day was very relaxed, yet efficient. I would recommend Wortley to anyone as a wedding venue. Yes, it does embody 'faded grandeur' but that only added to the overall relaxed atmosphere. We couldn't fault the place. Thanks to Claire and Sarah, our wedding planners, and all the staff. The day was perfect for us.

  Absolutely fantastic

  The facilities and staff were absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The whole day ran so smoothly. It made the day for us we can highly recommend Wortley and would like to thank all the staff.

  Everything went smoothly

  Thank you to all the staff at Wortley Hall....we'd just like to say a huge thank you for making our wedding on the 29th December 2012 so special. Extra huge thanks to Mark for looking after us and making sure everything went so smoothly!

  Amazing Day!

  We just wanted to say thank you to all the staff at Wortley Hall for making our wedding on the 4th June 2013 such an amazing day!. It definitely was the best day of our lives and we are really grateful for the staff for everything they did to make it go so smoothly!

  Perfect Day

  I just wanted to say another big thank you for all the hard work and attention to details in the run up to our big day. Everyone we came into contact with was highly professional, down to earth and friendly. The day went smoothly & all who attended praised the venue and the staff. The food was delicious. I like to think I have high standards and you have definitely met them in all areas. Thank you for making my day perfect - I know my husband agrees!! X
