The perfect venue!

Where do I even begin?!?!?!? I don't quite have the words to describe how utterly perfect the team at Wilton's are.

I work as a wedding celebrant so have been to hundreds of venues and met hundreds of teams and I genuinely don't think anyone compares to them. I mean, they're a theatre, they're used to staging huge productions so they're just so ready and equipped to make any and all wedding dreams come true.

I arrived at around 11:30 on the morning of the wedding and they had the venue basically completely ready (and I had made A LOT of bespoke elements). I walked in and I honestly could not believe how incredible it looked. I thought I had a pretty good idea in my head (and was already pretty happy with the vision) but when I arrived, it was so much better than I ever could have imagined.

We had a pre-wedding meeting to chat through all the plans and Zena is just the most calming presence and you just know she's going to Get. Stuff. Done.

Hannah from the tech team was just INCREDIBLE!! She spent hours up a ladder hanging banners and bunting. We gave her about 20 music and lighting cues and she was an absolute pro! We also described the dream lighting scenario for the ceremony entrance to her and she created a light show for us, videoed it and sent it to us ahead of the wedding to check she'd got it right!

I think it was Ollie who was also there on the bar on the day too who was just the absolute sweetest person and got the vibe immediately!

Also, Mary, who wasn’t even there on the day but had been at the box office when we’d dropped bits off and picked them up, was just so incredibly invested in our enjoyment of the day and this approach made the entire experience with Wilton’s so positive.

We had some viewings at other venues when we first got engaged and we'd find out down the line that the quote didn't include VAT or you had to pay an extra £1000 for a lighting package and, when we asked Wilton's about this they looked at us like we were mad because who wouldn't include LIGHTS in the hire fee?

They really are so special and unique within the wedding industry and I don’t even know if they realise it because it comes so naturally to them.

An unforgettable venue, absolutely perfect.

Wilton's Music Hall was an absolute dream venue. The staff were responsive, helpful and extremely accommodating. They provided excellent advice and suggestions throughout and the day went so smoothly. The venue was decorated beautifully and the bonus of having a dedicated tech-person on the day to do the lighting was that extra special touch.

The venue itself is so beautiful and has so much character. Our guests were blown away.

I cannot recommend Wilton's enough.

Summer Wedding at Wilton’s - 2024

My husband and I got married at Wilton’s in mid-August. The Wilton’s team were great- very responsive and helpful in the lead up to the big day, we had on site meetings and the team were happy to have us walk through the venue with our caterer and flourist before the wedding too.

On the day itself the team were brilliant, helping to ensure everything ran smoothly. Because it is not possible to have the venue overnight, we dropped off items for decor in the morning along with items for the caterer with a list of where these needed to go and the team were more than happy to place these (favours, toiletries for bathrooms, pictures, post box for cards etc).

The venue itself is incredible and we were so happy we chose Wilton’s for our wedding, I can’t recommend it enough.

Incredible space for a wedding

We can't recommend Wilton's enough for a wedding - it's a unique, wonderful space, the staff are fantastic, and being able to do the whole day there makes a huge difference.

Best day of our lives

We had our wedding at Wilton’s last weekend and both agree it was the best day of our lives. The team (including Clive with the gatherers) went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The whole thing worked like clockwork and I didn’t worry at all. Complete professionals. They liased with our band, our florist, put on an amazing lighting arrangement and accommodated our little dogs. What a beautiful venue. It will always have a very very special place in our hearts. Thank you Wilton’s ❤️

Unforgettable

Th wonderful staff at Wilton’s went out of their way to make sure we had the time of our lives. Everything ran smoothly, we didn’t have to think about a thing, everything was taken care of on the day without us being aware. It was magical and the venue is so beautiful and unique, everyone was bowled over. Can’t recommend it enough.

My partner & I really did have the best day we could’ve imagined… we’re so happy we chose to have it at Wilton’s and feel incredibly lucky. We’re both from theatre backgrounds, so it was absolutely perfect for us and felt very special.

We were able to have the ceremony, meal, and dancing all in the beautiful auditorium, with drinks in the lovely upstairs bar in between, and cake on the balcony!

We had some pre-meets with Zena and the wonderful Wilton’s team, who were so friendly and helpful, but the day itself still exceeded our expectations. We also used their in house caterers, The Gatherers, and I’m still dreaming about the food a month later… it was fantastic.

Everyone who came has been saying how beautiful the venue was, how brilliantly it was organised, and how different it was to any other wedding they’d attended. I couldn’t recommend it enough.

We hope to be back at Wilton’s soon to see some shows, it will always have a very special place in our hearts.

The most magical wedding at Wilton’s

Our wedding at Wilton’s was just magical! When we were looking for a venue and saw Wilton’s we knew it was a special place - the history, the charm and the lovely warm vibe immediately sold us. The team at Wilton’s were just lovely - in the lead up and also on the day - everything ran perfectly. Wilton’s is truly a unique and magical setting for a wedding - it totally surpassed our expectations.
We loved the fact we could get married at Wilton’s and then stay to have our reception - having access to the whole theatre was wonderful and made the day a really immersive experience. Although there were more logistics to organising the day there it was totally worth it and we cannot think of a better place to have got married -
It will always be a special place to us. Claire and Gavin ❤️

A real job to plan our wedding here

Was such a pleasure working with the Wilton’s team, Zena made us feel very at ease throughout the whole planning of our wedding and we really felt like it was such a special unique day and was absolutely perfect for us! All our friends and family keep on saying how kind and great all the staff were and there was such a great vibe that made everyone feel so relaxed and have so much fun!
