Whirlow Brook Hall is the perfect venue to celebrate love. It’s beautiful, inside and out, and we’re so happy that we chose to get married here. Our wedding was perfect!
We hired Whirlow Brook Hall for the entirety of our wedding and we loved having the venue to ourselves. The girls and boys got ready in separate but adjoining getting-ready rooms upstairs, which was so much fun and relaxing, as we did not have to worry about changing elsewhere and then travelling to the venue. Our ceremony was in the Oak Room, which is breathtakingly beautiful, with its wood panelling and fairy lights. The neutral décor also allowed our orange colour scheme to truly pop. Our day and evening receptions were in the Garden Room, which is equally beautiful, flooded with natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows and overlooking the gardens. In between, we had drinks on the terrace and photos in the gardens, which are immaculately kept and photograph so well. The wedding breakfast and evening buffet were also delicious and loved by our guests.
The entire day was stress-free and ran seamlessly, which we credit to the amazing staff working at Whirlow Brook Hall. We met with Annah a month before the wedding to confirm our itinerary. Annah captured all the details, and our order of service for the day ran perfectly. On the day, everybody was so warm, organised and willing to help -We can’t thank the staff enough. The transitions between different parts of the day were so smooth, and nothing was forgotten.
Jacqueline, Sasha and Chantelle were incredible, as were the two guys working in the bar whose names we did not catch. Jacqueline was a calming presence, incredibly organised, helped with my dress many times and provided ample coffee! Sasha is such a vibe, was so friendly, and helped the day run seamlessly. Chantelle was lovely and made such an effort to chat to and get to know our wedding guests. Lastly, we had a Pitbull tribute act perform at our evening reception. Not only did Sasha, Chantelle, and the bar staff help him get set up, but they also had a great time doing so, and we could see and feel how happy they were for us when he was performing!
We loved the whole vibe of our wedding and can’t recommend Whirlow Brook Hall enough if you want a relaxed wedding in beautiful surroundings, supported by lovely people.

Staff were so friendly and helpful from the start! The day ran so smooth, and they worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure perfection. Upstairs is a huge Getty ready room, which was full of us ladies and there was enough facilities for everything you’d ever need. The food is to absolutely die for! Guests complimented it all day. The venue is so beautiful hardly any decor is needed. The grounds are amazing for photos, and it’s dog friendly! So our special boy was part of our day. Can’t recommend them enough. -

What an absolutely wonderful team at Whirlow. The staff took care of everything and were absolutely fantastic. The venue was beautiful, the food was delicious, the drinks were flowing. Everyone had an amazing time and I could not recommend this venue enough.Whirlow Brook Hall's reply:

Perfect venue
The staff at whirlowbrook were incredible. The venue looked amazing inside and out. The day was absolutely perfect I could not have asked for a better venue than this. Everything went amazing thanks to the staff that made my day that extra special and the food was amazing. -

Perfect Wedding Day
We got married at Whirlow Brook Hall back in July 2021. The venue is beautiful, the team were very helpful and accommodating and the suppliers that they recommended were fantastic. Cannot speak highly enough of the service we received. -

We can’t thank the team at Whirlowbrook enough for the amazing wedding day that we had. From the initial booking, planning, postponing and then right through to the day itself the team were always on hand to help and nothing was ever too much to ask.
We postponed our wedding during the first lockdown, at a time when nobody knew the correct protocols to follow or the right decisions to make. As a bride I had many questions (which often resulted in lengthy bullet-pointed emails from myself), but Lucy Plummer was pivotal in easing our concerns about our wedding and making our postponement stress-free. A special shoutout both Lucys (Plummer and White) who made the planning a breeze as they were so attentive and willing to offer answers and advice.
We looked around a few venues, but none were as stunning as Whirlowbrook. We were after a venue that celebrated our autumnal woodland theme and the ground and hall itself are absolutely beautiful. The perfect choice for a wedding taking place in any season, but especially in autumn. Just take a walk through the grounds and you’ll see for yourself.
The food was also amazing and served professionally and timely. We had a fair few dietary requirements among our guests, but the menu was adapted with ease.
The part of weddings you don’t often see as a guest is all of the hard work that goes on behind the scenes, and as a Bride and Groom we could truly appreciate everything that the team did on the day. All the staff work tremendously hard right until you leave the venue and without them the wedding wouldn’t be possible.
Thank you so much to the whole Whirlowbrook team for enabling us to have the best wedding day! We will never stop telling people how awesome you all are! -

Our wedding was able to go ahead on our second attempt (due to Covid). We were limited to guest numbers but what a perfect venue for a smaller wedding. From start to finish the staff were wonderful, ensuring everything went smoothly for us. We were able to access the venue the day before and arrange all our own decorations and table settings.
On the day the staff were so lovely and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble!
Whirlow is the most beautiful venue. Following our meal we sat on the veranda overlooking the parkland and guests were able to go off for a little wandering explore, which our young grandson loved.
The venue was also very accommodating of our guests varied dietary requirements, which ensured everyone was happy with the meal.
We think Whirlow offers excellent value for money. We had a delicious meal and the most perfect day ever! Thank you so much to all the staff involved. -

We had the most amazing day at Whirlowbrook Hall, nothing was ever too much for any of the staff. The food was amazing and they also catered well for all our dietary requirements. I would definitely recommend this place to any of my friends. -
