  The perfect summer 2023 wedding

  Claire at West Heath was fantastic from the moment we met her. We had visited West Heath as a potential wedding venue in 2021 and from the moment we visited, we knew it was the location for us. Claire was so personable and dedicated to providing the perfect wedding. We met with Claire a number of times before the wedding and nothing was too much trouble. She was also available on the phone and emails which was so reassuring. The venue itself is stunning. So many places for beautiful photographs and the grounds were beautifully presented. On the day of our wedding, we met with Claire and she was so calm and on top of everything. Everything on the day went like clockwork and all of the staff were brilliant and the food was outstanding. I could not have wished for more. It was also a huge factor for us that the proceeds from our wedding goes towards bursaries for the children at the school. I could not recommend West Heath more highly as a wedding venue. A beautiful setting, impeccable service from all the staff and an overall perfect experience.

  Beautiful venue and day

  From the new Mr & Mrs Champion to our wonderful venue team:
  
  Wedding days are meant to be full of love and beauty and that's what West Heath provides.  Not only are the team all wonderful but the venue is just perfect for all your needs.  Everything you could want is in one building and the staff couldn't do any more to help us (Claire especially).  All my emails were answered with all details needed and so quickly and they were so accommodating.  
  
  The venue itself has so much charm and appeal and the transformation before to after decorating is incredible.  The food was beyond tasty and definitely worth every penny.  
  
  I would highly recommend putting West Heath on your radar because it's hard not to fall in love with it (we did on our first visit and haven't regretted choosing them since).

  Great venue and experience

  Fantastic day, me and Mrs had a perfect time. Food was very good, we mixed up the menus rather than picking both choices from one. A good number of gluten, allergen free options for canapés, main meal and evening buffet. Our 8 year old daughter who has dietary needs was able to select her food with the staff’s guidance. Bar was well stocked and very reasonably priced, they sourced additional gin and ales we requested. The 4 rooms really worked well, it gave people options to breakout, spread out and go sit down, prop up the bar or dance. We had a large band of 8 people in the main hall and lots of kit, they filled one side perfectly. For whole night it felt like our space, the staff were superb and the change over to the night staff was seamless. We had just under 100 guest, for the day 100 is about the maximum you can have for the breakfast meal. 10 tables of 10 people. Not forgetting that the money you spend goes to fund the school and you get the weekend not just a day to build up and breakdown.

  West heath was an amazing venue for our wedding. From when we first visited it, we fell in love with the building and it looked incredible on our wedding day. It would not have been the amazing day it was without Georgina looking after us. She made sure we were well looked after, sorted out any problems that arose and made us feel so well supported.   We had the most amazing wedding day at West Heath in August and we would love to do it all over again! From the warm welcome we had when we went to the Wedding Fair last autumn, to the food tasting evening when we got to meet other couples, to the finishing touches the day before and the big day...everything was just perfect!
  We both had the most fantastic day and we have had so many compliments about the stunning venue and grounds, the friendly staff, the delicious food (with a particular favourite being the fish and chip cones in the evening). We couldn't have asked for a more friendly team to help us with planning our big day. It was so lovely planning with Georgina Barnfield (and the groom of course!) who could not have been more helpful and made sure that everything ran smoothly.

  My husband and I got married at the beautiful West Heath just yesterday and have not stopped smiling! The first moment we drove through the surrounding trees and saw the amazing building we were in love with the venue and knew this was where we wanted to get married. Since we booked West Heath, the staff there have been a source of constant support, help and guidance. Nothing is too much for them to do and we were always told it was our day and they would be flexible to make sure our day was exactly what we wanted it to be. This was not an empty promise, the venue and staff delivered on this promise and we can honestly say our wedding day was perfect. Every member of staff was kind, helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Paul was very welcoming and helpful both when we came to prep the venue and when we came to get our belongings the next day. Georgina has been an incredible help and is the most friendly and approachable person - what a fantastic asset to West Heath! Not only was the day perfect for us, but all family and friends were hugely impressed with the day. West Heath and the staff met the needs of all guests, young and old, and made it perfect for them too. We can’t thank you enough for helping us to start our married life in the most perfect way possible! Even a mix up with the taxis at the end of the night couldn’t dampen our mood and once again Georgina was there to bring happiness to our day! Lots of love, Mr and Mrs Rose xxx

  Last night I married my best friend in your stunning venue, assisted by all your incredible staff ?????? everything went better than a fairy tale and everyone is obsessed with the venue and how beautiful everyone was to us ?? if I could get married over and over again, we'd never go any where else! I can't wait for the Valentines dinner now??????

  We had a truly exceptional wedding day on 9th June. The venue is beautiful and the staff go out of their way to make everything the best it can be. We really enjoyed our special day and our thanks especially to Naomi and David for all their effort in making it wonderful.

  A beautiful venue but what really stood out for us (as guests) was how friendly and helpful the staff are. Nothing was too much trouble (including making sure a very picky teen didn’t go hungry) and all delivered in a friendly but unobtrusive way. Cannot recommend this venue highly enough.

  We had our wedding at West Heath School one month ago today and I still cannot stop smiling whenever I think about it. The venue is truly gorgeous, we had a cloudy day so couldn't explore too much but the grounds close to the house were spectacular and the house itself was stunning. Everyone said how beautiful the venue was.
  As for the staff, they have been amazing at every single step. Naomi has been quick and brilliant with every request I made along the way and on the day her and Caroline kept everything running so smoothly. They thought of every little detail and looked after all of our guests brilliantly. David the catering manager was so attentive, he spotted when one of our guests was not enjoying the food we'd ordered for him and got him another meal with no hassle.
  If you're considering this as a venue for a wedding, party or any celebration then look no further because it is truly perfect.
