From the moment we booked Swynford the team have been so helpful, responsiveness and vital in making our wedding come to life. From the behind the scenes sales team, chefs and on the day wedding organisers everything is simply perfect. The food and service on the day was amazing, no one ever waited for a drink, and every guest commented on just how special and beautiful this place is. We truly think it is perfect and had the best day here. -

There are not enough words in the world to express the level of gratitude, admiration, and love we have for Swynford Manor. Choosing this venue was the easiest decision we made during our entire wedding journey — but experiencing what they created for us on the day itself was beyond anything we could have dreamed.
From the very first visit, we felt something special. There’s an indescribable magic at Swynford Manor — a warmth, an elegance, a feeling of calm and “home” that wrapped around us the second we walked in. But it was the team who turned that magic into something unforgettable. Every single person we encountered wasn’t just helpful; they were exceptional. Compassionate. Thoughtful. Present. Fully invested in us, our vision, and our happiness. A special thanks to Maria, our wedding coordinator. She didn’t just run our wedding. She delivered and produced a masterpiece, me, my husband and friends and family will cherish forever 💒
Throughout the planning process, they held our hands through the nerves, the excitement, the countless questions, and the tiny details. They made everything feel effortless. Their communication was outstanding. Their reassurance was constant. And their kindness was genuine.
On the day… they didn’t just “run a wedding.”

Walking into our wedding venue — seeing our guests, hearing the music, feeling the atmosphere they created — it was emotional in a way we’ll never forget. Swynford Manor didn’t just set the scene; they set the tone for the entire day. A tone of joy, luxury, romance, and pure celebration. So many guests told us it was the most stunning venue they had ever seen, and we owe that to how flawlessly the team set up, co-ordinated, and executed every detail.
Both me and my husband have wedding planning, coordination and event experience but even with this under our belts, we would never be able to deliver what Swynford Manor did for us.
The venue itself left our guests speechless. The striking black-and-white style, the elegant décor, the immaculate grounds — everything radiated absolute class. But what truly moved us was the feeling Swynford Manor gave us. It felt like our own little world for the day. Safe. Beautiful. Personal. Ours.
Every drink served, every table set, every transition throughout the day was handled with precision and love. Even behind the scenes, the team cared for us like we were family — checking in on us, calming the nerves, topping up drinks, making sure we had everything we needed before we even knew we needed it.
It takes a certain kind of venue to be beautiful.
It takes an extraordinary one to create memories.
But it takes a truly unique venue to make you feel seen, loved, and celebrated — and Swynford Manor did all three effortlessly.
Our wedding was the most emotional, magical, joy-filled day of our lives, and Swynford Manor played a huge part in that. They don’t just host weddings. They honour them. They elevate them. They pour heart, soul, and excellence into every moment.
We will forever hold this venue and team close to our hearts. We cannot speak highly enough of the people who made our day more perfect than we ever imagined possible. Swynford Manor deserves every piece of recognition available. They truly are the best in the business — a place where dreams are not only celebrated but beautifully brought to life.

Swynford is the most beautiful venue. I was blown away when we first visited and knew we had to book here!! We were lucky enough to get a great deal and were so happy they had our date free.
They were always on hand with any questions and so responsive all the time. Maria mainly dealt with our wedding day and was incredible from start to finish. Any questions we had, she helpfully answered.
The staff were amazing and we even got them up on the dance floor towards the end of the night! So grateful. -

I was blown away by Swynford Manor. They exceeded all expectations on the wedding day- all of the food was just amazing! Maria especially was fantastic, she was so calm and professional and the day just ran so smoothly. Thank you so much for the best day of our lives! -

When looking for wedding venues, Swynford Manor was the first once we came to look at. When I showed my new husband it online, he wasn't sure, but the moment we pulled up down the sweeping driveway we fell in love. The second time we came back to view reassured us that it was the place for us, as when we walked out we just couldn't wait to share it with our family.
Every staff member we dealt with from the moment we first made contact was excellent. They always had time to answer our questions, no matter how small or complicated. They accommodated for our menu requests regarding allergies, fussy eaters, and my favourite dessert only being on the child's menu (which they still gladly made for me adult portion sized!)
Our originally allocated wedding coordinator left in a hurry just a few weeks before our wedding which, naturally, panicked me a little. However Lorna stepped straight in and did a great job. She made the effort to speak with us beforehand to clarify everything and ensure we were all on the same page. On the day she was wonderful at being there at the exact moment whenever we needed her. The whole team on the wedding day were also great - the service was excellent. The food was delicious; every single guest commented on how nice it was. The evening food must have also been excellent as my husband went back for more 3 times (didn't give any to me though unfortunately!).
The rooms were stunning too. We got to use the newly refurbished prep room not long after it was done, which was a lovely surprise and even the make up and hair artists commented on how nice it was. The honeymoon suite has excellent lighting for the dress photos and reveals. The beds were so comfortable part of me wishes we could have had more time in the room to enioy it. It was hot the day of our wedding too so the aircon throughout was greatly appreciated.
I stayed in the lodge with my bridal party the night before. Sadly, I didn't get the best night's sleep - a mixture of nerves, excitement and an unfamiliar bed for me - but my bridal party said they got a great night's sleep. It is a lovely little place to spend the night before with your select few, and also means you don't need to travel far to start getting ready.
The breakfast the day after the wedding was tasty and just what we needed. And even after that day, the staff were great when we had a few forgotten items. When I came back in to collect them, they made the effort to say congratulations again and ask how life was settling down etc.
We definitely want to come back for Christmas and charity events to experience the fantastic venue over and over again.
Once again, a huge thank you to everyone who we dealt with and all the staff who helped make our wedding day run so perfectly.

The thing that first drew us to Swynford Manor was the staff, who seemed so professional and efficient when we first looked round the venue. We definitely made the right decision! Our wedding was everything we’d hoped for and more. Matthew in particular is a real asset to the venue, directing our entire day and making us feel like we could ask him anything. The food was amazing too and all our guests commented on what a beautiful venue it is. Would highly recommend! -

Alex & I got married at Swynford Manor on Easter Saturday. We had the most amazing day and Matthew (our co-ordinator for the day) was incredible. From our final planning meeting to the wedding day we fully trusted Matthew and everyone at Swynford, they understood our vision and it was a seamless operation. There were a few problems in the morning with getting access to the additional bedroom, but Matthew handled the situation very well and we were completely on time regardless. He was exactly the person you want around on the morning of your wedding, we were both able to enjoy ourselves and not worry about anything because we knew Matthew had it under control. We had a big wedding so our ceremony was in the Garden Room instead of The Study which meant a big changeover from Ceremony to Meal, the whole Swynford team did an amazing job along with our suppliers, it was beautiful. We were fortunate enough to have some sunshine so the outdoor area was open which was really lovely because the outside area is beautiful, especially with the new Pergola. All of our guests were impressed with the food, and as foodies ourselves we were very happy. It was great to have the tasting evening beforehand, especially because you get an idea of how Swynford will deliver a dinner for a large amount of guests rather than sitting down just the two of us in a restaurant. We added on the cocktail our which we would definitely recommend, our guests LOVED it and it was more special to us that offering a free bar. The bridal suite had also changed from when we first booked the venue to when we got married but we preferred it to the original, less stairs to climb! And the beds were so so comfortable, it was difficult to wake up the next day.
We honestly just had the best, stress free day. Couldn't recommend it enough. -
