Smith Wedding, September 2026
We got married on the 5th September 2026 and Rob, Laura and the team were brilliant from start to finish. From the moment we first visited the venue two years ago, they have been on hand to give us advice on the best way for the set up of the tipis and things which work best throughout the day to help us make decisions and put us at ease. Rob invited us to the tipi to discuss the table plan and moved the tables to the layout, this really helped us to visualise this in the space. Rob and Laura were always on hand to answer any questions we had and were accommodating on any dietary requirements or requests we had. We chose the BBQ lunch and pizza in the evening.
All our guests said how amazing the food was and that the pizza was the best they had ever had! We were lucky to have the sun shining but it was amazing with the fairy lights and fire pit how the tipi transformed from day to night. We are so grateful to the team. If you are looking for something which all your guests can enjoy and have the most special but relaxing day then this is the venue for you!

Amazing venue
We had the best day at the Tipis.
Rob, Laura and all the team were great!
The Tipis were decorated beautifully, we decided in the floral rings and the looked amazing, the tipis were lit up at night with the fairy lights inside which made it feel magical.
All our guests commented on how relaxed the day felt, how tasty the food was and how lovely all their team was.
Rob was super helpful along the whole planning process answering any questions and giving his advice.
In short; Beautiful venue, Chill vibes, super tasty food and really lovely people making it all happen. Thank you Rob, Laura and the whole team!!!Swan Tipis's reply:

Rob & Laura were very easy to deal with and great communicators, they wanted to make sure that everything we wanted was catered for. They made great suggestions as they have the experience and we needing done guidance. The Tiois were brilliant even though we didn’t out them yi much use as the weather was really on our side so we could all enjoy the outside space and sunshine, but it was a relief knowing that the British weather can be very unreliable and we had a back-up plan. The PA system worked well and gave a theme of Country music with a live band worked out great. Food was delicious, we chose the BBQ and everyone commented on how good it was rather than the traditional sit down stuffy type of ceremony. We also chose the ice lollies which went down a treat. They cater for most allergies, we had a few guests with dietary requirements and had no complaints from them. All in all a great memorable day which was over you quickly but I we came away with each other and a new life started in great foundations with a wonderful venue, great hosts and good family and friends to celebrate and enjoy it with. Highly recommended you choose a different way of celebrating your marriage or civil partnership in a British pub garden, a true delight 😁❤️🎉Swan Tipis's reply:

We honestly couldn’t recommend Lawshall Swan Tipis highly enough. We got married here on 15th June 2024, and it was everything we could have dreamed of and more. ❤️
From the moment we first started planning our wedding, Laura, Rob and the team were absolutely fantastic. They were so helpful, approachable and accommodating throughout the whole process, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They genuinely cared about making sure our day was everything we wanted it to be. The setting is simply stunning. The tipis, the grounds and the whole atmosphere created the most beautiful, relaxed and magical backdrop for our wedding. It felt incredibly special and gave us the perfect combination of a gorgeous setting while still feeling intimate and personal.
Our wedding day itself was absolutely perfect. Every little detail came together beautifully, and our guests haven’t stopped talking about how amazing the venue was. There was such a wonderful atmosphere throughout the whole day and evening, and the tipis looked incredible as the celebrations went on into the night. What really stood out to us was how much care and attention went into everything. We felt completely supported throughout the planning and on the day itself, which meant we could relax, enjoy every second and just soak it all in.Looking back now, we genuinely wouldn’t change a thing. Lawshall Swan Tipis gave us the most incredible setting for the beginning of our married life, and we will always have such happy memories of our wedding there.
Thank you to everyone at Lawshall Swan Tipis for helping make 15th June 2024 such an unforgettable day. We absolutely loved it and would recommend you to anyone looking for a truly beautiful and special wedding venue. ❤️🥂✨

We are so happy to have had our wedding at Swan Tipis. Rob and Laura supported us from start to finish and were always ready to help where they could. The venue is beautiful - the traditional pub front and rustic tipis made our wedding feel cosy and personal. The price seemed absolutely fair for the service provided. We got married in June this year and from the minute we viewed the swan we knew it was the place for us.
Beautiful pub grounds with a chilled vibe.
Rob & Laura were very responsive, organised and helped us so much with our plans. All our guests commented how wonderful the food & venue was.
Everything on the day ran stress free, and we really did have the best time.

Amazing Venue, Amazing Staff, Amazing Day!
We genuinely can't recommend Swan Tipis enough. From the very first enquiry, the communication was seamless. Rob, Laura, and the team were attentive, organised, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to understand our preferences, offered brilliant vendor suggestions, and were easy to coordinate with when we brought in additional suppliers.
The food was a real highlight. We had a BBQ for lunch, and pizzas in the evening. There was loads of it, and every guest commented on how delicious everything was!
On the day, the Swan team were absolutely phenomenal. I’d expected to be managing the schedule and logistics, but they took care of everything. Whenever I thought of something, it was already done or being handled. Their calm, proactive approach meant we could fully relax and enjoy every moment.
The venue itself is stunning. The pub is cosy and welcoming, and the outdoor space is perfect for games and mingling. Our guests loved our garden games—welly wanging, pick-up sticks, giant Jenga, and Connect 4 kept everyone entertained all day.
We had so many compliments from guests about the food, the service, and the beautiful setting. Huge thanks to Rob, Laura, and the entire Swan team—you made our day unforgettable. We’d recommend Swan Tipis in a heartbeat.

We had our wedding at The Swan Tipis and it was nothing short of magical. From the very first conversation right through to the end of the night, Rob and Laura were absolutely incredible – nothing was ever too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to make everything run seamlessly.
The venue itself is breathtaking, with such a unique and special atmosphere, and the food was out of this world – our guests are still talking about it! Every little detail was perfect, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place or better people to host the most important day of our lives.
