Amazing Venue, Amazing Staff, Amazing Day!
We genuinely can't recommend Swan Tipis enough. From the very first enquiry, the communication was seamless. Rob, Laura, and the team were attentive, organised, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to understand our preferences, offered brilliant vendor suggestions, and were easy to coordinate with when we brought in additional suppliers.
The food was a real highlight. We had a BBQ for lunch, and pizzas in the evening. There was loads of it, and every guest commented on how delicious everything was!
On the day, the Swan team were absolutely phenomenal. I’d expected to be managing the schedule and logistics, but they took care of everything. Whenever I thought of something, it was already done or being handled. Their calm, proactive approach meant we could fully relax and enjoy every moment.
The venue itself is stunning. The pub is cosy and welcoming, and the outdoor space is perfect for games and mingling. Our guests loved our garden games—welly wanging, pick-up sticks, giant Jenga, and Connect 4 kept everyone entertained all day.
We had so many compliments from guests about the food, the service, and the beautiful setting. Huge thanks to Rob, Laura, and the entire Swan team—you made our day unforgettable. We’d recommend Swan Tipis in a heartbeat.

We had our wedding at The Swan Tipis and it was nothing short of magical. From the very first conversation right through to the end of the night, Rob and Laura were absolutely incredible – nothing was ever too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to make everything run seamlessly.
The venue itself is breathtaking, with such a unique and special atmosphere, and the food was out of this world – our guests are still talking about it! Every little detail was perfect, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place or better people to host the most important day of our lives.

Pond Wedding
We had our wedding here at Swan Tipi’s July of 2025
We booked with Rob, Laura & the team 3 years in advance. They have all been amazing in helping us with the prep inc wedding invites to making the day run so smoothly.
I would recommend Rob and his team to anyone getting married. It’s such a lovely venue and the photo opportunities are amazing! -

Laura,Rob and the team at Swan tipis couldn't have be more helpful they made our wedding day go so smoothly, they catered so well for all our wedding guests allergies/intolerances, thanks again 😊, the venue was just perfect for our festival themed wedding all of our guests couldn't stop complimenting how lovely it was, we had such a magical day, a day will never forget, I really would recommend swans tipis for any sort of occasion to a birthday celebration or wedding.Swan Tipis's reply:

Our wedding at The Swan was perfect. Every detail we wanted was met with professionalism. The food was amazing and the setting perfect even letting us add our own special touches. As a venue, it was value for money and nothing was too much trouble. We wish we could do it all again and if we did it would only be there.Swan Tipis's reply:

We booked our wedding reception at The Swan Inn and had a fantastic experience. From the initial meeting to the actual day Rob, Laura and the team couldn't have been more helpful. The day itself was perfect - everybody really enjoyed themselves, the food was delicious and the setting was breathtaking! Both setting up the day before, and the day itself were stress free - Rob and Laura provided really helpful guidance to ensure our day went as smoothly as possible, and listened to our wishes. I wish we could do it all over again. The Swan Inn will always hold a special place in our hearts and we are so pleased we can keep coming back to visit.Swan Tipis's reply:

5* - A dream wedding venue- Swan Tipis
We had our wedding at The Swan Tipis, and it was nothing short of magical. From the moment we visited, we knew this was the one. The setting is absolutely stunning — the beautiful tipis creates such a relaxed, bohemian, yet elegant vibe that’s hard to find anywhere else.
The team were incredible from start to finish. They were responsive, supportive, and genuinely excited about our day. Everything was so well-organised, and they made the whole planning process feel effortless. On the day itself, the staff worked seamlessly in the background to make sure everything went smoothly — we didn’t have to worry about a thing.
The tipis themselves are breathtaking inside and out. Fairy lights, rustic wooden furniture, and a warm, cozy atmosphere made it feel both intimate and festive. Our guests couldn’t stop commenting on how unique and beautiful the venue was.
If you’re looking for a wedding venue that’s relaxed, stylish, and a little bit magical — The Swan Tipis is the place. It gave us the most unforgettable day of our lives, and we couldn’t recommend it more highly.Swan Tipis's reply:

Rob and Laura have been wonderful throughout the whole experience. The venue is beautiful, and you can tell they put their heart and soul into every aspect of it. We had the most amazing day, the children especially loved the games and all the outdoor space to run around. Every single member of staff is friendly and welcoming. The professionalism and care was incredible, even when a hiccup did arise the attentiveness was above and beyond, and we ended up with a very funny story to tell in future! The food was lovely, and overall we couldn't have asked for a better day. Honestly, can't recommend enough. Thank you!Swan Tipis's reply:

Couldn't have asked for a better venue and team!
From our first visit to Swan Tipis we knew we wanted our wedding here and the whole process was fantastic from start to finish. The tipi is in a beautiful setting overlooking the Suffolk countryside, so we were able to have the outdoor ceremony that we had wanted. Swan Tipis catered all of the food for the day (which was all delicious!) including canapes, barbeque (cooked out in front of the guests) and fresh wood fired pizzas. They already had some decorations, signs and games available, which go perfectly with the tipi. Being situated behind the (amazing thatched) Swan pub also meant that toilets were readily available, the bar was well stocked and there was space inside for some guests to retire to as the day went on. The floral rings (hanging in the tipi) that Swan Tipis created for the day were also incredible. Not only was the venue beautiful, but it came with an amazing team who were there at every step, including helping with our decorations the day before and doing all of the rearranging and setting of tables/chairs etc on the day. Rob and Laura were so friendly, accommodating and communicative and they really made our special day go magically! It was so relaxed, fun and beautiful. Thank you so much!!Swan Tipis's reply:
