Our special day May 2026

We recently celebrated our wedding at this venue, and it exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we first visited, the staff were welcoming, professional, and genuinely invested in making our special day unforgettable.
The venue itself is stunning, with beautiful surroundings and elegant spaces that provided the perfect backdrop for our reception. Every detail was well maintained, and our guests couldn't stop complimenting the atmosphere and décor.
The planning process was smooth and stress-free thanks to the attentive coordination team. They were always available to answer questions, accommodate requests, and ensure everything ran seamlessly. On the day of the wedding, the staff handled every aspect with exceptional care and professionalism, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment.
The food was outstanding, beautifully presented, and received rave reviews from our guests. The service throughout the day was efficient, friendly, and attentive.
We are incredibly grateful to everyone involved in making our wedding day so memorable. We would highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a beautiful location, excellent service, and a truly magical wedding experience.

Stunning Stunning Stunning

Statham lodge was somewhere both my husband and i both fell in love with the minute we walked in!

Once we booked Statham for our wedding, we were kept informed of anything and everything by the events staff which was amazing! Our wedding breakfast tasting was amazing and we were made to feel so special on that day, so thank you guys :)

Day before the wedding, we had a cake disaster, the person who made the cake hadn't boxed it up properly for transport and by the time it arrived, it was collapsing! Statham rang me and arranged for someone to come in and fix the cake for us, the chef went above and beyond to sort this for us, and i can not thank you enough for this!

The day of the wedding, was amazing, the staff were so professional, helpful and pleasant!

I have to give a special shout out to Frankie, you were the most amazing person that day, you looked after me all day and you were there whenever i needed a hand, even running back upstairs to find my veil (that everyone else had forgot lol) Honestly, this woman is a major asset to Statham Lodge!

The whole day was amazing, everything we had hoped and dreamed of!

The wedding breakfast was delicious, and everyone loved it!

On to the night, well, the DJ provided in the package was fab! He had the dance floor filled all night, we partied for as long as we had him! Everyone enjoyed themselves so much!

All our guests were made to feel welcome and loved their stay with you, which made it even more special

I would not hesitate to recommend Statham Lodge to anyone! Its the most amazing place with amazing staff!!

Will be back for my Birthday in March guys, cant wait to see you all!

A wonderful venue with lovely staff

We celebrated our wedding reception in Statham lodge and it was the perfect day. The staff are so attentive and professional, the day ran so smoothly. We had so many compliments from our guests on how wonderful this place is. The venue itself is stunning and the food was lovely. We would definitely recommend this venue and can’t thank them enough for a special day.

The Best Wedding Venue Ever

We got married at Statham Lodge August 2001 I know, a long time ago after my cousin had married there two years earlier. The staff were amazing, food first class, venue perfect. Our wedding photos look wonderful and all of our friends and family had nothing but good things to say.
We got married on a Sunday, so only had to book 12 months in advance. The staff even opened the kitchen early for breakfast so my husband and I could get off for our honeymoon flight.
I would recommend Statham Lodge to anyone for their wedding, it is a most special place.

Wedding of Our Dreams

We got married and had our reception at Statham Lodge. From the word go everything was perfect, the staff were amzing and as we got married near Christmas time, the decorations really added to the special occasion. Sam, our Wedding Co-Ordinator put so much effort into making our day amazing and we could not have asked for anything more. All our guests remarked on the food and the decorations and said they had a lovely time. We couldn't have chosen a better venue!

Excellent choice

We had our reception here in March 2006 and couldn't fault a single thing about the place.
From booking through to the day itself the staff were helpful, approachable and friendly. On the day itself we were treated like royalty. The venue looks stunning inside and out in real life and it looks great on the photos too.
All of the guests commented on the place how great the food was and compared to some hotels the food and drink was very reasonably priced.
The only downside to the is the very long (2 year??) waiting list unless you are able to get married mid-week.
One last thing, the bridal suite is also fantastic - esp. the bathroom. There's a lovely big jacuzzi for when you get back to your room. The perfect end to a perfect day!

Absolutely fantastic

The best day ever - felt very special, very relaxed, great choice of food, a lot of fun choosing the wine before hand. The service was just fantastic. Grounds are beautiful. Everyone made us all feel special and not just another wedding. It is great being the only wedding on in the hotel. Really friendly place. Very organised. The toast master even stole the best mans opening joke which made for a really good start to the speeches!

perfect

on our wdding day it was raining and i was getting quite stressed with it all, but as soon as we arrived at tstatham lodge we relaxed completly, the staff were fantastic and the master of ceremonies was an angel. the food was the best and the fuction suite and guest rooms were first class. also the prices were very reasonable and the bill was lower than we expected, they do not charge you for things you dont use, even if you ordered them.
i would definitely recommend statham lodge to anyone and im sure that alot of people will as it has a 2 year approx waiting list, unless you get lucky and get a cancellation like my friend did after she came to our reception there
