Dearest Maddie and Pam, and to all of the staff who helped make our amazing day as truly special as it was including the chefs, servers and bar staff!
From start to finish you were there for us, not just on the day but in the time preparing, planning and a little bit of scheming to help everything run as smoothly as it did!
We were apprehensive due to the theme of our wedding, as not everyone is a huge fan, but the Force was strong in all of you and you embraced our dreams and desires resulting in what truly was a wedding out of this Galaxy.
All of the transitions of the room were perfect, it looked stunning each time!
( Pam I know how much I went on about the cloths and you are forever my favourite person thank you for infinity! I know I was a fuss pot with the menu with the changes but you were soo patient, even on the day bringing me my own gravy! Also when you came to the rescue with my dress, my hero ❤️)
Our surprise guests at the reception entering was flawless!
Not every Darth Vader and his Stormtroopers invade a wedding, steal the Bride and battle with the Groom.

The thanks we want to share with you is not just from us but from all of our guests! You have 100+ thanks and best wishes from everyone who came, we received so much feedback which was heartwarming. Truly thank you all ❤️
Only downside was we didn’t have time to go for a swim in the beautiful pool and spa you have and am still slightly jealous of the guests who did get to go, they raved about it!
Maddie, thank you for everything. You took our expectations and blew them away. Your attention to details, inspiration and encouragement were so attentive and you just knew what we needed even when we didn’t.

Our chosen venue
We had attended weddings here before and knew it was exactly what we wanted! On our special day the venue exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us. Highly recommendSprowston Manor Hotel, Spa & Golf's reply:

Best Day Ever
Our wedding was everything we expected it to be & more! From start to finish it was just perfect to us.
We picked Sprowston Manor because of its views and overall beautiful building, we got married outside at the Pagoda, it was stunning followed by our wedding breakfast & reception in the marquee. The food was delicious and the service was 5 star from all the staff, overall we thought it was great value for money as to everything that was included. A big shout out to Maddie our wedding coordinator, she was just amazing! Communication was on top the whole way through our planning. We would do it all over again in a heart beat. We would definitely recommend this venue to any future couples wanting to tie the knot. 🫶🏻 We had the most amazing Wedding, the best day of our lives.Sprowston Manor Hotel, Spa & Golf's reply:

Craig & Sarah’s Wedding 9th August 2025
The packages are great value for the money but most of all the wedding co-ordinators and staff are fantastic and together they make sure the day goes so smoothly so you have a wonderful day. If you are looking for a venue for your wedding then please book Sprowston Manor, the location of the place, along with the golf course, Pagoda and the sprinkler is Elegant and the pictures you get are the best I’ve ever seen. The venue is so wonderful we will be booking to stay here every year to mark our wedding anniversary and also look at the golf membership.Sprowston Manor Hotel, Spa & Golf's reply:

On my wedding day they lost my dad sign to remember him so that was never at the end of the isle, the wedding co-ordinator wasn’t even there the day of my wedding so it was left to someone who is amazing but can tell it’s not there full time responsibility, everything ran behind no one come and got me from my room like they said they would, the wedding breakfast was nothing like I had tasted on the taster day, on my wedding day I had complaints from my guests about beef being chewy and not cooked properly, honestly looked like the chef ran out of time and decided to fry a brisket it was horrible, the starter of tomato and red pepper bruschetta the bread was stale, one of my guests bedrooms were not cleaned from the person before! The place is ran down over priced I won’t be going backSprowston Manor Hotel, Spa & Golf's reply:
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am genuinely sorry to hear that certain aspects of your wedding day did not meet your expectations.
We would like to clarify that you were made aware in advance that I- as your wedding coordinator- would not be present on the day itself, as it was my birthday that weekend and this had been booked as annual leave since the year before.
Our highly experienced Conference and Banqueting Manager- who has over 40 years in hospitality and has successfully managed hundreds of weddings- oversaw your day to ensure everything ran as smoothly as possible.
Regarding the wedding breakfast, we regret that you felt the food was not to the same standard as your menu tasting. On the day, the manager in charge checked back with you personally, and you indicated that it was fine, noting it was some guests who were unhappy and had made comments to you.
Unfortunately, no concerns about the starter were raised at the time- had we been made aware, we would have been happy to rectify this immediately.
With regards to your guest’s bedroom, this issue was not mentioned to us during your stay. If it had been raised, we would have acted straight away to address it.
We are truly sorry if the missing memorial sign for your father caused you distress- this is never the experience we wish for our couples- and would have been a genuine oversight down to human error.
While we regret that you left feeling disappointed, please know that we value your feedback and will take it into account to help improve our service.

Sprowston Manor Wedding - June 2025
Absolutely Fantastic Wedding Venue!
We had the most incredible day, and it’s all thanks to this amazing venue and their wonderful team. The value for money was excellent, the food was absolutely delicious and served piping hot, and the atmosphere was perfect from start to finish.
The staff went above and beyond to make everything seamless—so friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. A special shoutout to Maddie and Pam, who truly made our day unforgettable. Their attention to detail and warm personalities made us feel completely at ease. We can’t thank them enough for giving us the best day of our lives!
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect wedding day!

Stunning Wedding Venue.
Sprowston were amazing for our special day in May 2025.
Maddie was great at organising and planning our special day- she took into account our own ideas, worked with outside entertainers and made our day run sooo smoothly.
Pam was wonderful on the day at settling the nervous and making sure all the day ran smoothly.
She was a great laugh too!!
The venue is beautiful, big and picturesque- allowing guests to stay over and creating many beautiful photo opportunities.
The food was great- all guests were catered for no matter their dietary requirements.
