We can't thank Maddie, Pam and the team at Sprowston Manor for helping us make our dream day come true. It was our 3rd attempt to get married, after covid forced us to postpone our big day twice. Just 5 months till our long awaited wedding our original venue had an horrible fire. Leaving us totally devastated. Desperate we reached out to multiple local venues. Maddie and the team at Sprowston were amazing, they went above and beyond to help us. Not just stepping up to rearrange and move our whole wedding but the compassion and understanding of our very stressful situation went to show that this was more than a business, it was a real act of kindness. My husband and I will be forever grateful to them for this. Maddie was fantastic, taking our ideas and helping make them a reality. Communication was excellent, having multiple face to face meetings to make sure everything was in place and that we knew what to expect on the day itself. She was so responsive to all of our emails and questions or queries. Which was so reassuring.
We were very generously given the bridal suite for the night before and the night of our wedding. This was such a lovely extra that we had not expected. Once the set up was done I could really sit back and enjoy being the bride.
Our big day came and it was absolutely perfect. Our host Pam was fantastic, we were in great hands. She kept things on track even when the speeches were running on! Nothing was too much trouble.
The grounds and building were a perfect backdrop for beautiful photos even in the middle of winter.
Sprowston manor not only saved our day but they made it more than we could even of hoped for. We are already planning a return trip to make use of the spa and pool facilities in the near future.Sprowston Manor Hotel & Country Club's reply:

Maddie and Pamela went above and beyond with my Daughter's wedding last weekend. Their help was so much appreciated by us and they made the day and evening stress free and all went smoothly. We had an amazing day, everything went smoothly. The venue is beautiful, spacious. Food is lovely. Staffs are helpful and friendly, they made my worries gone away. Just come a speak to the team and they will tailor the date to your need and budget.Sprowston Manor Hotel & Country Club's reply:

Amazing, our wedding was more than we could imagine
Maddie and Pam are the most amazing people me and my now husband have ever met, our luck with our wedding wasn’t the greatest after having to change our wedding date 3 times the last time due to elm farms fire we literally thought about giving up and that it was never going to happen but then we see a post that sprowston manor was helping couples who had been affected by the fire so we give it a try and 4th time lucky it happened and I’m so glad that our bad luck led us to maddie, Pam and the team at sprowston manor because our wedding was so much more than we could ever imagine nothing was too much and it was stress free from start to finish I’d recommend to have your wedding here over and over again we are sure returning on our anniversary ❤️ Thankyou just doesn’t seem enough maddie and Pam you’re amazing ❤️ Thankyou again Mr&Mrs Harris ❤️Sprowston Manor Hotel & Country Club's reply:

We had our wedding day at this venue. Maddie was great. We wanted an afternoon tea instead of a sit down 3 course meal and it was no problem. She worked out a schedule with everything we asked for and gave us a price. On the day everything was perfect. The staff couldn't of been more helpful. The food was amazing! In my daughter's words, "Best food ever". The venue is very picturesque, great views for photos. The venue and staff truly made our perfect day.Sprowston Manor Hotel & Country Club's reply:

Firstly Maddie and Pam, both really made our day so special, They are both a Credit to Sprowston manor and went so far above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect for us.
The food was absolutely delicious and all of our guests complimented how lovely everything was, including how seamless the day went, this is completely due to their expertise and advice throughout the whole planning process.
The Norfolk suite is absolutely stunning when its fully made up and the manor and grounds are a perfect backdrop for some amzing photos!
We could do it again and again. It really was one of the best days of our lives!

We had our wedding here last weekend and it was everything we ever dreamed it would be! The wedding co-ordinator Maddie was absolutely amazing from the moment she reached out to me after our wedding with another venue cancelled on us. Every little question about absolutely anything she was always happy to help, I always felt like she had a lot of time for us. Very quick replies and always very helpful! The staff and service on the day was faultless. The Somerlayton suite and Suffolk suite that we used were absolutely beautiful, the grounds and our room were incredible. I would recommend anyone thinking of getting married here to definitely book it, we had the most perfect day. Couldn’t have been better if we tried!Sprowston Manor Hotel & Country Club's reply:

Sprowston Manor was the perfect venue for our wedding, not only is the venue itself stunning, the staff are also incredible - they were so attentive during the whole process in the months leading up to the wedding, the day/night before and all throughout the wedding day itself. We were really relaxed knowing it was in their hands, and they made the day really special, ensuring everything was perfect down to the last detail. The food was wonderful; really delicious and filling portions with lots of options and they catered to our guests with different dietary restrictions with no issue. Another thing that was great for us was the room availability - most of our guests stayed the night so there was no travelling back and forth and the rooms were all lovely and spacious and clean. We highly recommend Sprowston Manor to anyone looking for a venue for their big day - you won't be disappointed.Sprowston Manor Hotel & Country Club's reply:

We would highly recommend Sprowston Manor. From the moment we booked the venue, Maddie was always there to help with the planning of things. We couldn’t fault anything from start to finish; all the staff were brilliant and made our wedding day the best it possibility could be. We'd love to do it all over again if we could! Found Maddie the wedding coordinator very easy to contact and so helpful in planning our big day. Also our event manager on the day Pam meant everything ran smoothly.
