Beautiful venue, terrible organisation and support

Stunning location but that's all it had going for itself. The management are appalling. Food was terrible, the wedding was not set up as requested, staff all over the place. Charged me incorrectly multiple times. Asked the bride for unowed money infront of guests during breakfast, didn't serve all the wine that was purchased. Complaints were handled terribly. Never experienced such terrible service in my entire life

Stunning venue!

We were truly delighted to have chosen Sheene Mill to host our wedding and could not have been happier with our decision.

We viewed this gorgeous venue before any others and instantly booked, knowing it was where we would be holding our special day. With its cosy, intimate rooms, pavilion overlooking the pond and its beautiful surroundings, Sheene Mill made for a stunning location and the perfect setting for our wedding.

On the day, the team at Sheene Mill ensured all our needs were met and that the whole day went as perfectly as we had dreamed. The food and hospitality could not be faulted. A special mention goes to the wedding coordinator, Ellie, and manager, Aushin, who both went above and beyond to ensure we had a truly memorable day and that our guests were well taken care of.

We recently returned for a visit to reminisce and soak up the surroundings whilst enjoying an afternoon tea and then dinner in the evening, both of which we would highly recommend.

If you are looking to have your wedding in a stunning, tranquil and picturesque location, Sheene Mill ticks all the right boxes.

Highly recommend

Sheene Mill was our wedding venue, and they were perfect for us!
We were only having a very intimate and small wedding, but they still treated it with the attention and importance that they would a 100 person wedding. We were never left wanting for anything and it all ran so smoothly. The venue and our room were wonderful and fit the vibe of the wedding perfectly. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, all of our guests loved it. Every member of staff was caring and devoted to creating a perfect day for us. We could not be more thankful to everyone for all of their efforts! 💜🧡

Sheene Mill was our wedding venue, and they were perfect for us!

Perfect venue

Perfect Day at a Beautiful Venue

From the moment we arrived to visit, we knew Sheene Mill was the place for us to get married. It's a beautiful venue in an amazing setting - and getting married outside over the water was awesome. The team at Sheene Mill worked so hard both beforehand making sure to keep in touch and plan the day, and on the day made sure everything happened without a problem. The team went above and beyond to set up all the decorations, organise the outside suppliers, and make sure everyone was happy and relaxed. Everyone who came said the food was amazing and we agree! Thanks Team Sheene for a perfect day.

Absolutely Perfect

We attended Sheene Mill along with many other guests for a mid week wedding and I can honestly say from the moment we arrived everything was absolutely perfect.

It Was Amazing!

We got married here in June and it was amazing. From the first time we visited we knew this was the venue for us, its absolutely beautiful inside and out. Emma was brilliant from the first meeting to the day itself, quickly responding to emails, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The day ran seamlessly thanks to Emma and the marvellous Sheene mill team. The food was outstanding as well as the service, I wouldn't change a thing. so just want to say a massive thank you to Emma and the team your all amazing!

Everything Was Perfect!

You Made It Just Seamless!

We would like to offer our sincere thanks to you in particular and the rest of the Sheene Mill team on the day. You made it just seem-less and the day flowed so incredibly well. Vanessa said you were amazing with helping her and being around her whilst she was getting ready.

From the wedding breakfast to evening meal you made sure every effort was made to get this spot on and that the transition of each part of our day moved to the next on point.

From our first meeting up to the last your service was just impeccable and it made it all very easy for us. Any questions we had were always answered and this eased any anxieties we may of developed the closer we got.

You are an asset to Sheene Mill and if anyone asked us we would without question recommend Sheene Mill and in particular yourself to co-ordinate. We cannot speak highly enough of you.

The staff on the day were also fantastic and deserve credit too, hard working, conscientious and a high level of customer service.
