Where to start. The Rowheath Pavillion is a stunning venue with picturesque views of the lake at the bottom which is fantastic for those photos.
The staff are amazing especially the wedding planner Charlie he was with us from start to finish and ensured me and my wife had the most perfect day I can’t thank him enough and for putting up with our chaotic families.
Our wedding was absoloutley stunning and we used the Rowheaths suggested providers for most of our wedding add one and this made the process so much easier.
Me and my wife got married on a super hot day and the Rowheath team did all they could to keep our family and friends happy throughout or day.
We are so thankful for all you did to ensure our day was a huge success and most importantly so me and my wife could tie the knot and embrace the moments and making it as stress free as possible. Thank you Charlie and thank you to all the team at Rowheath. -

We found it to be really reasonably priced, sits 100 for a meal and 150+ for dancing and entertainment. Has a lovely park attached with a playground for guests to walk around and perfect for kids. Staff were also the most friendliest so an all around amazing venue! -

We had our wedding at Rowheath Pavilion last weekend 19/09/26 .
From the time we booked up until the big day , the team at Rowheath were very helpful, professional and were ready to answer any questions at anytime.
Lynn and the staff hosted the event on the day and were terrific, ensuring our day went smoothly.
A truly wonderful location, great room , terrace and grounds . Compared to other venues Rowheath Pavilion is good value , with friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for us

We found our wedding at Rowheath Pavilion to be absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The whole experience was made so special by the professionalism, care and attention of every member of staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful, which made us feel completely at ease throughout the planning process and on the day itself.
A special mention must go to our wedding coordinator, Lynn. She was truly amazing and went above and beyond to support us every step of the way. Lynn was kind, patient, understanding and always so reassuring, no matter how many questions we had or how many little details we needed help with. Her professionalism and genuine care made such a difference and took away so much of the stress that can come with organising a wedding.
On the day, everything came together beautifully, and we felt that we were in such capable hands. The entire team worked so professionally behind the scenes and upfront allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment of our special day.
We honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Rowheath Pavilion provided the perfect setting for our wedding. We are incredibly grateful for everything they did and would wholeheartedly recommend Rowheath Pavilion to any couple looking for a beautiful, professional and caring wedding venue. -

Our Wedding Day at Rowheath Pavillion Bournville was a magical day. Everything went smoothly from when we first viewed the venue to the wedding day.
Lynn was the lovely lady who oversee’s the whole planning she was amazing no question was too silly and she was always there for enquiries and support. She truly made what could’ve been a stressful time planning a breeze. We had no concerns about anything as we knew Lynn would be there to support us we really are so lucky and greatful to of had her by our side.
Mel designed our room I wanted a Beauty and the Beast themed wedding and Mel over exceeded my expectations and created such a beautiful set up. Mel is amazing she sorted everything out and thought of every last single tiny detail the room was breath taking.
Sarah was in charge of our catering and she knew what she was talking about she advised us with what type of food would be better with the weather and the type of food people who were invited to our wedding liked to eat. She also catered for picky children and catered for other members of the family with other dietary requirements nothing was too much for her and the food tasted amazing.
If you are looking for a wedding budget like we did look no further than Rowheath Pavillion. Not only is it a beautiful venue with amazing photography spaces but also the amazing team that are included who go above and beyond. We had so many complements from our guests about the whole day and how beautiful it was and we couldn’t agree more it was such a magical day.

We just want to say a huge thank you to Lyn and her team at Rowheath Pavilion for helping us create the best day of our lives.
We first met Lyn when we were looking for wedding venues, and from the moment we saw the venue and spoke with her, we knew it was the perfect place for us. Throughout the planning process, we had several meetings with Lyn, and she was always attentive, professional, and nothing was ever too much trouble. She thought of every little detail, including things we hadn't even considered ourselves, which made the whole experience so much less stressful.
On our wedding day, Lyn and her team were absolutely amazing. They were organised, attentive, and always one step ahead, making sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Thanks to them, we were able to relax and enjoy every moment, knowing everything was in safe hands.
We honestly can't thank Lyn and the entire Rowheath Pavilion team enough for making our wedding day so special. If you're considering Rowheath Pavilion as your wedding venue, we couldn't recommend it more highly.

The best wedding venue!
We had the best experience with RowHeath from start to finish, we could not have wished for better. Lynn (hospitality manager) helped us every step of the way to ensure we got the day of our dreams, and worked with all our other vendors to ensure a seamless day. We cannot thank the whole team at RowHeath enough! Everything was so flexible and personalised, I was so surprised at just what an incredible day we had for the money - exceptional value! We would absolutely recommend RowHeath for any event x -

Charlie the wedding coordinator was very friendly and patient with us. He ensured to follow up with us and go through everything we had in mind in terms of the room dressing, food and drinks, and even gave us a discount. We had to do certain things differently and Charlie helped us and accommodated us even though it was different from what the venue is used to. On the day everything went amazing. I’ll definitely recommend this venue 100%. -

We are so grateful to Charlie and the team at Rowheath for planning and executing a perfect wedding for us - absolutely no issues and we cannot thank/recommend them enough! Especially as our booking was relatively last minute due to an issue with our original venue. They support you at every step of the process, answer all of your questions and keep you calm throughout. No request or little detail is too much for them and if they can do it, they will.
The value for money of all packages they offer is amazing as well, we ended up going with the fully catered package - the food was beautiful. This also included generous welcome drinks and canapes, as well as full room and table dressing by Melanie who has a substantial inventory of decorative items so can pretty much achieve whatever you want at no extra cost. We didn't really need to bother with too many flowers because of her beautiful faux flowers which we were really grateful for.
I should also add that we are a same sex couple and felt entirely comfortable and supported throughout. We didn't have a legal ceremony here (but we weren't planning to anyway), instead we had our statutory ceremony at the registry office and then had a celebrant ceremony on the terrace at Rowheath, which was beautiful and allowed us to completely customise the ceremony to our own tastes.
