We got married at Crown Hall Farm in August 2024 and it was just absolutely perfect. The most beautiful setting both inside and out and you honestly couldn't ask for a better team to support you through the wedding planning journey. The team on the day made everything run so smoothly, nothing was too much of an ask. I only wish we could do it all over again! -

We viewed the venue in the winter, in the rain, and fell in love with it. It was even better in the summer. From the initial inquiry, Billy was dedicated and attentive to our wishes, always easy to contact and nothing was too much trouble. The help and advice was invaluable, culminating in a fantastic day that ran without an issue. Holding the ceremony in the boathouse was an amazing experience. The whole venue was incredible and all the staff involved were great. We genuinely couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend Crown Hall. Marrying your best friend in the perfect setting makes it even more magical. -

The environment for our wedding was perfect for our big day and so grateful to have a lovely venue so close to home. -

Absolutely the most perfect wedding venue!
We don’t know where to start, our wedding day was the best day of our lives!! It was the most perfect day, everything went sooo smooothly and everyone was so helpful. All of our guests said how beautiful the venue was, they were so impressed, just as we were the first time we visited. The food was amazing, the staff were incredible. It couldn’t have gone better. We will remember the day for the rest of our lives and cannot recommend crown hall farm enough! It’s simply stunning and perfect!!
A huge thank you to Billy, nothing was to much to ask, he made sure everything ran smoothly and everyone was in the right place at the right time. He made us feel so relaxed knowing everything was in hand. We can’t thank him enough for everything he has done.
Thank you again to everyone and you should be so proud of the venue you have. It truly was the most magical day and made all of our dreams come true. We couldn’t have picked a better venue, such a warm, family run business that we are so grateful to have found! -

We had our wedding on the 5th of October 2023 – been putting this review off for a while as we are disappointed with the venue. The grounds are beautiful and serving staff were friendly. When planning the wedding to begin with it was going well, but things started to get a little complicated towards the end.
There were issues with staff trying to get the fees correct for food and drinks, we kept getting incorrect invoices that didn’t match up with what we requested and we had to do it ourselves(!) in the end. A week before the wedding, we received a post-wedding email asking us to leave them a review and hoped we had a good wedding – making us think they possibly had our date wrong even if they had it booked in for over a year.
They advertise their toilets as being ‘luxury boutique toilets’ and they’re anything but that. Very below average toilet situation. We were warned the day before our wedding that the hand dryer in the men’s toilets weren’t working but assured us there would be hand towels, regularly changed throughout the night – they didn’t do that. There was the same soaking wet towel there all night and we received complaints from guests.
We had pizza and pulled beef buns for our dinner and the portions were embarrassing. We were told everyone would get half a pizza (3 slices) and they were miniscule, we paid about £16 pound per head for that and more for the buns... The buns were also tiny and we received more complaints about guests being hungry and not eating enough. We were even told some of them stopped at Mcdonalds on the way home because they were so hungry, that was embarrassing. I emailed the venue before our wedding, worried about there not being enough food and asking if I should pay for more, but we were assured there would be plenty.
We found out just a couple of weeks before the wedding that, at the end of the night, we had to clean up our own decorations and flowers and put them in boxes. I wish this is something we knew before we’d booked the venue… We found this to be ridiculous. After drinking and celebrating all night, being told to clean up. The amount of money we have paid already and we are having to do this? Very bizarre, I’ve never heard of such a thing. They were in a rush for us to get our things out the next morning as they had another event early in the morning, we believe this was very poorly planned.
We paid for a bouncy castle which to start with, they told us it would be manned by someone as there would be children but it wasn’t in the end (found out on the day when there was no one there). When I went to the venue to decorate, we had fake candles on the tables (you’re not allowed real ones) and I asked Natalie if they could be switched on before the guests arrived on the wedding day, this wasn’t done. I had to ask my bridesmaids to do it.
We had to buy our own serving platters, napkins and cutlery for the cake to be served even if they have a kitchen at the back with their own crockery that we would have been happy to rent, but because our cake was outsourced we weren’t allowed due to health and safety? Odd rule. They didn’t get served to guests by staff, the guests had to come get it themselves or we had to ask bridesmaids and groomsmen to pass it all around for us. Again this was found out a couple of weeks before the wedding. I don’t really know what we paid for to be honest, other than the grounds and venue looking pretty, it was a rip off. I wouldn’t suggest holding your wedding here. You’re going to pay a lot of money for not receiving a lot. Your requests won’t be remembered. Office staff were incompetent. We had really high hopes for our day, and were really excited about this venue but they really let us down. -

Crown Hall Farm was the perfect venue for us, we wanted a relaxed wedding and somewhere we could have our special pooch as part of the day. The boat house with the lake in the background is a lovely setting to do your vows and we were so lucky with the weather. The marquee is a great size and will hold all you need. The day went without any hiccups at all. The staff were all polite and we were left to enjoy the day. -

WOW, what can I say about the Crown Hall farm, words just don’t do this place justice. To see it in the flesh is spectacular. From the moment I visited I knew this place was just perfect. Natalie was a dream who helped make our vision of the perfect day come to life. From start to finish has been so smooth. With all questioned answered by my phone or email. With every detail and timing planned seamlessly. The support from Natalie and the team was outstanding. Our wedding day was truly a representation of us. The food, the drinks, the decor, the venue was so us. Relaxed, fun filled, memory making what more could you ask for. Can’t thank Natalie and the team enough. The grounds are breathtaking specially to capture that amazing couple photo for your wedding album. We had a selection of outdoor games which went down a great with our guest. -

Could not recommend Crown Hall Farm Enough. The most beautiful wedding venue with such an amazing supportive team. They are always there for any questions requests you throw their way! Words cannot do it justice if you are looking to book your wedding venue Crown Hall Farm is a must. It was the first and only venue we went to see and we fell in love as soon as we walked through the gates, we knew straight away that this was where we were going to say I do. Crown Hall Farm and their Team will always have such a special place in our hearts and we will forever be greatful for them making our special day so perfect ❤️Crown Hall Farm Venue's reply:
