Nicola and the team were remarkable. Nicola was always on hand and even outside of work hours. The team are solid and made our perfect day come to life with seamless co-ordination, compassion and understanding of what we wanted but mostly needed 🩵 Nicola has such a personal touch, so approachable and full of knowledge. The team helped us put our wedding together in just 4 weeks!! The hotel staff were incredible too - couldn’t have done enough to assist us and our guests. Cannot recommend higher! Our wedding at the Cloisters was more than we ever imagined it would be.
We originally was going for a small registry office wedding with a party afterwards (we didn’t have a very big budget)
After visiting various other places, we finally found the cloisters!
It really is a hidden gem, and most of our guests commented on how amazing the venue was. It was well within our budget and we loved it that much we had both our ceremony and reception there.
Nicola is 10/10 - nothing was too much for her. She is amazing at what she does, so professional and friendly. She made our wedding the most amazing day and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough.
All of the staff at the Holiday Inn are exceptional and this again was something our guests commented on.
It’s a beautiful venue and I would 1000% recommend the Cloisters to anyone getting married.

This venue is absolutely beautiful and good for those on a budget. I had my wedding on a Thursday so it was cheaper still than if I got married on a weekend so perfect for a tighter budget. It can get a little warm during the summer so be sure to ask for the portable coolers. The staff were lovely but you do need to remind them sometimes on small things but nothing that affects the day. -

Fairytale weddings!!
We’ve had the absolute pleasure of hosting our wedding at the gorgeous Cloisters suite. It was truly a wedding from a fairytale, perfect from start to finish. Nicola was an absolute treasure, and truly the reason our day went as perfect as it did. Nothing was ever too much for her and she bent over backwards ensuring we had the most perfect day. The venue is breath taking, a real hidden gem. I just wish we could relive our day over and over again.
The team are so helpful, don’t miss out on this stunning venue, you won’t regret it.

What an amazing venue a proper hidden gem, noone expects to walk though a hotel and be mett with such a beautiful space. Nicola and her team from the moment we went and viewed the venue was amazing nothing was too much for them. Even on the day with anemergency sewing kit. Food was amazing and everyone had plenty to eat. We would 1000% recomend nicola and this amazing venue, you wont be disappointed and be made to feel at ease from the very start to the end. -

Fairytale Wedding Venue
This venue was amazing, a hidden gem. There are a range of packages to fit needs & budgets. Nicola, the wedding coordinator is amazing. She took over over account 12 months before our weeding and she straight away put us at ease. She arranged all the meetings up to the big day, offered support throughout answering any questions, and on the day she was available to help vendors and us to make sure we had a seamless day. Lots of our guests & vendors commented how great she was. I would highly recommend this venue! -

Couldn’t thank Nicola at Cloisters enough for making sure our wedding day was perfect. The room 😍decorations, food and drinks/ wine were unbelievable.
The food was soo good it could have come from a 5 star restaurant. We had so many compliments about the canapés, wedding break fast and hot buffet later in the evening, it really is a hidden gem.
For anyone thinking about getting married at Cloisters…. Do it ! You won’t regret it.
Our evening turned into a full on rave and the dance floor from Donna kelly weddings & events looked fantastic . It really was exceptional from start to finish 🥰😍

I have attended here many times as a wedding photographer and also once or twice as a guest and was blown away by the quality of service provided by all members of staff! Its one of the venues of my list of places to recommend if anyone asks me!

Secret Wow Factor in the Heart of Bolton
We were looking for somewhere with personality, and we definitely found that at The Cloisters. We loved that we would be spending our wedding day surrounded by beautiful architecture and stained glass windows, having that "church" feeling without any religious connotations.
All of the staff were amazing and worked with us to make our day special. Nothing was too much trouble. They were accommodating over the pandemic, and made sure we would be able to have our day just as we would want it.
Jackie, Diana, Wesley and Libby are the best team we could have asked for. Wesley was so in control of everything, he was a step ahead all the time and we didn't need to worry about a thing. He really is an asset to The Cloisters Team.
