Perfect Venue
Beautiful venue with amazing garden great for pictures. Outstanding service during the day and days leading our wedding. Our lovely wedding coordinator Lindsay was very helpful and happy to answer all questions we has as well as accommodate most of our requests including dietary.
This venue was love at the first sight for both myself and my husband and the choice was perfect :)
Lindsay, Ilya, Chef (I do not remember his name), all hotel staff that helped on the day. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!!

Amazing and flexible service for our Covid wedding
West Lodge Park were absolutely amazing in helping us make the most of our day amid the government restrictions. We only had a few weeks to plan once we knew we could go ahead with the wedding but on the day everything was in place. Fantastic Staff
2 Night Stay - I had a great stay with my husband. We stayed here for our wedding night and one more night before leaving for our honeymoon. The team left us congratulation chocolates and a bottle of wine to celebrate. Fantastic staff, we really enjoyed our short but pleasant stay. Hi Izzy - Thank you for all your help with our wedding! We had the perfect day. A a huge thank you to Matthew as well. When I’m back form honeymoon we will be positing a 5 star review on trip advisor.
Any candles and cages left in the room are yours :) I’ve only taken a handful back with me. Thank you again you’ve been an absolute star! LoveHi Izzy - Thank you for all your help with our wedding! Thanks to your team for a lovely day
Thanks to you and your team for a lovely day last Saturday. Andy and Ro both had a lovely day celebrating their Golden Wedding. The room, service and weather were all amazing. The kids were all exhausted after spending most of the day running round in the grounds.

Wonderful wedding memories made at West Lodge Park

Thank-you so much for everything that you did for us. Everything down to the very smallest detail was just perfect.
The organisation was perfect in every detail. The evening was just a wonderful event and everyone who attended had a wonderful time. The food was excellent and the drinks provided was more than enough. All rounded off with Paul Jaffa and some wonderful photographs. The success of this event was all down to your organisation and input. So from Gulsen and I, Thank you so much.

Excellent Wedding Coordinators at this hotel

I would like to inform you of some important points in relation to our Wedding Reception held in the Lancaster Room on Saturday 6th April 2019.
First of all our contact for the Function was Catherine Walsh . Catherine's contact ,planning and advise has been second to none over the last few months. I am sure that Catherine's planning and input is the reason why the function was a great success. I'm afraid I can't remember the Banquet Managers name. However this Managers input and drive, turned this function in to a complete success.
Many members of my family who attended the function made a point of mentioning how good he was. He was supported by two excellent waitresses, Nothing was too much trouble for this team. Simply Excellent. Everything on the night was just excellent and I can't thank your team enough for a very memorable and happy evening. Staff go above and beyond, everything was perfect

We had our wedding at your hotel on Saturday and myself, my husband and our guests can not praise your staff enough.On the morning of the wedding I met the people from the company who supply the chair covers and sashes and they were lovely and made sure I was happy with how things looked and I could not fault anything, very friendly. Izzy from the moment we had our first meeting has been absolutely fantastic and couldn't of done enough to make sure of the smooth transaction over to Matthew was perfect, right down to every detail. There are not enough words to describe what Matthew and his team did for us on Saturday. We have had so many compliments on them all, especially Matthew and his interaction with everyone. We would also like to mention Paul Jaffa and his band. Again many compliments were made and they definitely went above and beyond what we expected with such great music that everyone enjoyed. We will of course be putting a review where ever we can and recommending your hotel for occasions.
Please could you pass on our comments to your entire events team. Altogether we feel we could of not picked a better venue to have our special day, because they definitely made it that

Above and beyond customer service
"My Wedding Reception was held at West Lodge Park back in August 1971. My daughter and I stayed as part of a ‘nostalgia ‘ trip around the area I was born and brought up in. I mentioned this to the Receptionist on my arrival, so imagine my surprise when there was a knock on my bedroom door a few minutes later by a young man holding a red leather bound record book for 1971! He opened it and showed me all the arrangements that had been made for us for the ‘big day’, including the Menu and Invoice all typed out on a 1970’s typewriter! I had completely forgotten what we all ate on that day, for the record we had Melon Cocktails , Chicken a la King and Sherry Trifle. It was very moving to see my late Father’s handwriting on the page too. Thank you so much for this unexpected bonus to our visit, it was an added pleasure to find several photocopies of the page waiting for us on our dinner table later on.
