Perfect Wedding Venue
Fantastic wedding venue and hotel. Staff are SO friendly and helpful and cannot do enough for you. Our wedding planner Katie went above and beyond for us to make sure everything was perfect, as did lots of others. Jodie was great on the day. Preston is super polite and professional. Nicole and Craig are assets to reception. Even Rama the General Manager is a lovely, friendly guy. On our wedding day everything was seamless, the food was amazing which is usually unheard of when catering for 120 day time guests! The evening buffet was perfect too. An all round great venue. I have to say a massive thank you. Saturday was amazing and we were blown away by the room, the food, the service, everything! I can’t thank you and the whole team enough. Throughout the build up you have been brilliant and so accommodating to my random requests, the odd allergies and last minute table swapping!
Please pass on our thanks to Preston too. He was fantastic. Throughout the day he made sure we were ok. We got so many comments from guests who said how brilliant the service was. Nothing went wrong! there were no stresses for me or Nathan and all our guests were happy. We even had a few who said it was the best wedding they’ve been to.I have to say a massive thank you. Amazing Hotel
We booked the Norton Grange for our wedding reception, plus a 4 night stay in February 2018, from the moment we checked in the staff were very attentive and friendly.
we cannot speak highly enough of the staff who helped plan and organise our wedding day,
Our wedding planner Abi, Our designated manager on the day Craig, and Jodie all went out thier way to make sure our special day was perfect.

"My husband and I chose the Mercure Norton Grange to host our wedding ceremony and reception afterwards. The day went like a dream - the manager in charge of our day, Preston, made sure everything ran smoothly. Joanne, our wedding planner, was incredibly helpful in planning our day in the weeks and months beforehand. Everything went to plan and we and our guests had a day to treasure. All the serving staff were exceptionally professional, and the venue itself was perfect - intimate and unique. The food at our wedding breakfast was also of an excellent standard. Fantastic Service
Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. The staff in general couldn't do enough for us. Preston/Joanne the wedding planners exceeded our expectation from the day we booked up until our big day. The food was excellent and Dan the chef left it in our hands about any tweaks that needed to be made to the menu.

I can't thank preston/joanne our wedding planner and manager for the most perfect wedding reception we had. Joanne was our wedding planner and was absolutley amazing in every way.
Preston then took over for our final meeting and was there for us on our day.
The attention to detail and to us on our day was perfect.
The rest of the hotel staff were brilliant.
They made such a good impression that my daughter is also planning on having her wedding reception at the norton grange in 2 years time.
