My journey in hospitality began between London and New York, two cities that taught me service excellence, attention to detail and how to listen deeply to people’s needs. Along the way, I trained in Wedding Planning and Event Planning, because for me creating events isn’t just a profession — it’s my way of bringing beauty and harmony into people’s lives.

I’m passionate about designing weddings that are personal and meaningful, where every detail reflects who you are. I don’t believe in “standard events”: each celebration has its own rhythm, emotions, and identity.

My role is to guide you gently through every choice, making the process smooth, enjoyable and stress-free — so that your special day becomes exactly what you’ve imagined, and even a little more.

I’m Massimiliano and my passion lies in creating an atmosphere where hospitality feels effortless, warm and impeccably refined.

I grew professionally within fine dining and luxury hospitality between London and Dubai, places that taught me the value of precision, grace and attention to the small details that make guests feel truly cared for.

Here at Cue Porto Cervo, I ensure that every moment of your celebration flows seamlessly — from the reception to the last toast. I focus on service, timing, team coordination and the overall dining experience, making sure everything aligns perfectly with your wishes and the vision we’ve crafted together.

What I love most is seeing guests relax, smile, and feel at home, knowing that behind the scenes every element is taken care of with calm, professionalism and heart.

I’m Ylenia, Head Sommelier at Cue Porto Cervo, and my greatest passion is guiding guests through the world of wine with warmth, curiosity and authenticity.

I earned my Level III Sommelier certification after years of study, tastings and experiences that shaped my understanding of wine as something more than a drink — a story, a landscape, a memory. What I love most is helping people discover that every glass has its own soul.

Here at Cue, I curate the wine selection, create thoughtful pairings for each menu and accompany you in choosing the labels that best enhance your celebration. Whether it’s an elegant dinner, a wedding reception or an intimate tasting, my goal is to make the experience sensorial, memorable and deeply personal.
