We’re so happy we chose Crug Glas as our wedding venue. They ensured our day was a wonderful and memorable occasion. We really appreciated the fact that we had access from the Thursday to decorate and prepare. Our guess kept talking about the canapes and the meal for weeks after the event, and the service was first class on the day! Without blowing our own trumpet, seasoned wedding guests have told us that this was the best wedding they had been to and that’s all thanks to the amazing team at Crug Glas. From the initial phonecall to the day after the wedding, when we left, everything was superb. Oliver, Erika and their staff were so professional, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Erika and Oliver were always there to reassure me, advise me and to answer my questions, whenever i needed. Their support and guidance was invaluable, they took away all of the stress for me! On the day they were so in control and i knew nothing would go wrong. I felt totally at ease .... as if i were in my own home! Knowing the hotel was exclusively ours for the day, just made it for me. Such a wonderful and welcoming Hotel bursting with character and excellent staff, I knew it would be the day i always dreamed of ..... and it was. Thank you so much, i want to go back and do it all again!!
