Casa Qafiz is a historic residence and wedding venue at the foothills of Aspromonte, in Calabria, Italy. It has always been the nerve centre of the family's agricultural activity and represents one of the highest expressions of the territory's rural heritage.

The centuries-old olive trees surrounding the estate are silent witnesses to the magical alternation of seasons and extraordinary biodiversity.

Casa Qafiz is a historic 18th-century residence, originally the summer home of the Ruffo family. It has been owned by the Rossi family since 1900, who decided in the 1990s to renovate and enhance the entire estate, giving it invaluable worth for family memory and the identity of the historic countryside of Santa Cristina d'Aspromonte.

Since the 2000s, Chef Nino Rossi, with the managerial support of his sister Antonella, has ensured the transition toward multifaceted hospitality made of fine dining, charming accommodation, and continuous innovation.

The house is rich in materials and architectures of historical significance, such as ancient bricks, terrazzo floors, green stone from Delianuova, cross vaults, and barrel vaults.

The Garden: By the 700 sqm outdoor pool, with possibility of tent structure installation upon quote. Maximum capacity: 500 people.

The Dehors of Ilici: Splendid glass tent structure with panoramic view of Aspromonte, dedicated iron furnishings, various table configurations. Maximum capacity: 42 people.

The Green House: Brand new greenhouse/orangery style open space structure of 224 sqm (28x8), with various table and chair configurations. Maximum capacity: 200 people.

The River: Leaving the main farmhouse, you may go on a brief excursion that will take you to an undiscovered corner of the estate. You will walk among the olive trees to reach an unspoiled oasis and enjoy an exclusive moment favoured by the uniqueness of the Calabretto stream. Here, thanks to the presence of natural hydromassages and crystal-clear water pools, the right setting will be created for cuisine made of ancestral cooking, preserves, creativity, and local products.

Aspro Cocktail Bar: This versatile area offers elegant spaces that can host you after the Chef's Table experience or for an aperitif. An 18th-century farmhouse, barrel vaults, green stone from Delianuova, and direct view of the large garden with pool carved between sea and Aspromonte - these are just some of the characteristics of Aspro Cocktail Bar, a fundamental appendix of Qafiz restaurant.

Within its spaces, they have chosen to let you drink the fruit of their passions filtered through the suggestions of a raw territory that, by its nature, needs to be explored and known.

Ilici: A new creature of the Qafiz universe that offers a fantastic à la carte format dedicated to grilled cooking. Maximum capacity: 36 people.

Pre and/or Post-Wedding Brunch: In the panoramic garden adjacent to Aspro Cocktail Bar, a selection of sweet and savoury dishes, raw fish and meat, delicious first and second courses, and a rich variety of Qafiz pastry desserts will be available. Available for a minimum of 20 people.

Q-WILD Pre and/or Post-Wedding: A large convivial space that allows guests to immerse themselves 360° in the nature of Casa Qafiz.

They will accompany you through 4x4 transfers on a brief excursion that will take you to a secret corner of the estate dedicated to food, nature, and music.

Q-Wellness: Wellness operators will exploit the extraordinary soundtrack of nature and the fragrances of the surrounding flora to create a space in balance between spirit and matter. The use of advanced techniques and products based on olive oil and Calabrian citrus will regenerate your body and mind—service available in all areas of the structure for a minimum of 20 people.

The estate is set in ten hectares of olive grove, a panoramic hill, a relaxation area by the river (suitable for swimming), and small waterfalls.
