Purchased our wedding invites from Poppy Forrest. Beautiful designs and high quality invites. Was super quick to respond and deliver the invites as well.

We purchased our save the dates and wedding invitations from Poppy Forrest, as we loved the idea of a seeded card that could be planted and have minimal effects on our environment - and evidently so did our guests! We received so many lovely comments about the paper quality and visual design on the save the dates and invitations, with one guest telling us they were going to RSVP online and keep the RSVP card because it was so beautiful. This is all testament to the hard work by Poppy. She was wonderful at putting together our text and design and keeping in touch with us about dispatch dates, delivery estimates and leting us know if any peak periods were coming up that we needed to be aware of. Thank you so much Poppy for helping to set the tone of our wedding so excellently for our guests!

Poppy Forrest were so accommodating in creating our vision for our invitations. We saw their pull out invitations on brown paper and fell in love, but they didn’t have the design we wanted. They worked with us to create a new design incorporating sunflowers and greenery for our invitations. They were very helpful in sending multiple drafts, changing anything we weren’t sure of, helping pick fonts and even creating the invitations in a second version in a different language for us. Everyone commented on how beautiful the invitations were and we are so pleased we went with Poppy Forrest. The only set back we had was when our design, which we thought was unique to us, ended up advertised on their social media and website for sale. I was initially very upset as I felt we had paid for a unique design to be created that they were then offering to others without them paying the special design fee. After explaining my feelings to the company they were more than apologetic and sympathetic, they explained the situation and I asked them to ensure all information on the website and in their terms and conditions was more specific and clear that it is not a design solely for the person who has paid for that design to be created. They also said they would make some amendments to the design so it does not look exactly the same as mine, which I think they are yet to do as there seems to be no change on the website, but it really is a beautiful design and I hope others get to enjoy it as well.

Questions were answered promptly, we asked for something a little bit different on the large take your seat plans and that was done without any problems or extra cost, the products were mainly in seed paper which was beautiful and everything arrived promptly and well packaged . Price comparable to other vendors, but we were so pleased with the service and quality of goods

Happened to find this business on Facebook, and then found them on hitched. Absolutely beautiful work, we loved the seeded cards especially. We got all our stationary from here, and would highly recommend to others.

I saw the store on Etsy but ordered direct from website as we wanted the same design across all our stuff- welcome board, order of the day, name cards etc. The service we got deserves a review and I can't on Google! So thanks from us both for the great service. Poppy was responsive and put up with us changing table plan 3 times due to a last minute guest change. They provide drafts for you to finalise. Unfortunately for both us and the company, Evri delivered the first installment wet and damaged and they were replaced promptly and without fuss in just a couple of days. It truly felt like we were highly valued customers of a small and personable business. All communications were warm, friendly and polite and all in all this is one of the best customer experiences we have had as we plan our wedding! Many thanks!
