I would highly recommend anyone considering the Alternative Guestbook for their wedding! From the first enquiry right up until the end result, every interaction I had with them was pleasant and professional. Rachael was so helpful with any questions I had and made the process really simple and straightforward, which for anyone planning a wedding, is the dream!
When it came to preparing the frame after the wedding, there was no request that felt like too much trouble in getting the design right. Rachel mocked up a few drafts and sent them across to me in no time at all. She was even incredibly understanding when I told her I wasn't overly happy with the choice of picture I had made for the frame (entirely my own fault!). It shows that they really care about their customers and want to ensure they are 100% thrilled with their product. After a quick reprint with a new image, our frame is now hung very proudly, and we absolutely love it!!
Thank you to Rachael and everybody involved, we are grateful of the effort gone into the frame and love being able to walk past it and read the comments from our wedding guests every single day.The Illustrated Invitation's reply:

We're so pleased that we found The Illustrated Invitation! Creating our invitations was one of the first, daunting steps of planning our wedding, but they made it a smooth and enjoyable process, going above and beyond to make our experience a great one.

We loved the whole process. Me and Emily are both very simplistic people who would rather have someone sort it and we found the perfect family run business to help. Not pushy at all. Gave us suggestions when needed or told us if something didn't look okay. Responded on time given they have so many customers. Everyone at our wedding loved the designs and also the invited are a life tim present. I have recommended them to all our friends and family . The Illustrated Invitation was a blessing in disguise! When I suddenly found myself with no stationary weeks before our wedding, I was lucky enough to find Rachael and her business. From the first email, she was an absolute joy to communicate with and so helpful with suggestions and very patient w/ my requests! The stationary looked AMAZING the day of the wedding and everybody was super complimentary specially my mother (who is hard to please!). I HIGHLY recommend them!The Illustrated Invitation's reply:
