We loved the whole process. Me and Emily are both very simplistic people who would rather have someone sort it and we found the perfect family run business to help. Not pushy at all. Gave us suggestions when needed or told us if something didn't look okay. Responded on time given they have so many customers. Everyone at our wedding loved the designs and also the invited are a life tim present. I have recommended them to all our friends and family . The quality of their work is worth it.

Perfect Memento from our Wedding

We loved this concept from the moment we saw Alternative Guest Book at a local Wedding fair.

Order process was clear and simple and the communication from start to finish was great. We were kept up to date with the progress with our order every step of the way, from choosing whether we wanted written or typed messages, receiving a physical proof with our chosen image, right through to receiving our final piece.

Our first final piece unfortunately sustained damage in the parcel network, but we were sent a replacement within 1 week of reporting the issue. No quibble, no issues, just great service.

Very happy and highly recommended.

The best company for your Wedding Stationary

Rachel was just so helpful in the design process and in helping us achieve our vision for the day. Nothing was too much trouble for her and the quality of the invitations and stationary was second to none!

Dream come true!

The Illustrated Invitation was a blessing in disguise! When I suddenly found myself with no stationary weeks before our wedding, I was lucky enough to find Rachael and her business. From the first email, she was an absolute joy to communicate with and so helpful with suggestions and very patient w/ my requests! The stationary looked AMAZING the day of the wedding and everybody was super complimentary specially my mother (who is hard to please!). I HIGHLY recommend them!

Beautiful invitations

From my initial enquiry through to delivery of the finished invitations, Rachael was responsive to my emails and happy to make all of the minor adjustments I requested throughout the design process. The standout feature was of course the venue sketch, which was drawn accurately and competently in a short space of time from a photograph I provided. Overall I was very pleased with both the service and the finished invitations.

Elegant invitations

The illustrated invitation provided excellent service and beautiful invitations for my wedding in October 2025. They were very responsive and made adjustments to make our design just as we wanted them. The delivery was prompt and we have had many compliments on the invitations.

Amazing business

I have been SO impressed with the Illustrated Invite! From my first communications with Rachael, she was very responsive and professional. When I received the sample pack through I was amazed by the high quality of the paper and the product. The illustration came out beautifully. Rachael was brilliant at making amendments and these were done so quickly. The order process was seamless and I was kept up to date at every stage. I couldn't believe how well the invitations were packaged when they were sent through. Rachael had made them all up (to include info card and RSVP card) so all i had to do was write the addresses on! This saved me a lot of time which was great. I really couldn't recommend this company highly enough. I am already looking forward to placing my 'on the day' order with Rachael!

Fantastic company!

First spoke to Rachael back in March 2024, wanting to order a wedding welcome sign. They already had a design for the venue I needed so that was nice and easy, all we had to decide on was the wording/information. They were extremely helpful with pointing us in the right direction of what would work best.

They arranged to process the order for January 2025. Saving us from storing the item and even better, we didn’t need to pay anything straight away. Once we had confirmed what we wanted and the final cost, we paid and within a couple of days had received our order!

They’ve kept In touch throughout the delivery process, making sure the item has arrived safely. The sign was perfectly packaged and arrived in perfect condition.

Can’t thank them enough, very excited for everyone to see this on the wedding day 😁

Brilliant stationary provider, would highly recommend

Rachael was very helpful throughout the entire process. We purchased wedding invitations and couldn't be happier with how they turned out. I thought that Rachael went above and beyond, even when I noticed a mistake on my end with some spelling, she was more than accommodating for my mistake! I thought that everything went very smoothly and quickly, and I would use them again without hesitation.
