Table plans that stay on your computer.

Vellum — table-plan file for UK wedding venues and planners. houseofvellum.co.uk

A table-plan file for UK wedding venues and planners. Guest names stay on the venue computer. Unlimited events. £299 a year. No account.

Vellum is a table-plan file for UK wedding venues and planners who seat guests every week.

Guest names never leave the venue computer. No US cloud, no guest login, no account. UK GDPR is simpler when the list is not in someone else’s product.

Mark day guests and evening guests. Keep ceremony seating and the reception (or the marquee backup) as two layouts on the same event. Each guest can carry the UK 14 allergens. The kitchen sheet groups them twice: by allergen, and by table.

It is a floor plan. It is a table-plan file for venues and planners, not printed invitations. It is not a booking diary, not RSVP, and not a design service. No custom layout work is included.

The public demo is twelve guests and two events, so you can feel the file before you license it. Demo: https://houseofvellum.co.uk/vellum-demo/

Licence: £299 per year for the venue or planning practice, updates included. houseofvellum.co.uk/vellum-pay
