  Wouldn’t recommend / falsely advertised

  Purchased some artwork for our wedding of landmarks. Despite falsely advertising they’d be hand drawn or even digitally drawn - admitted they were just photos with filters. They looked as good quality as a school students work and probably took a couple of minutes. Offered us only a 50% refund and was rude about it. You don’t get what’s advertised!
  
  She did offer to redo them herself but sounded like it was such an inconvenience to offer the actual service advertised.
  
  Don’t recommend and would suggest avoiding at all costs. Chat GPT did a better job

  Fantastic service at short notice!

  Left this so late as our wedding day approached (a lesson for us!). They were so responsive and amenable to our changes. Would highly recommend!

  Responsive, patient & create beautiful work!

  I had such an incredible experience with Ivy & Gold. With all the wedding-planning stress, I made several mistakes one after the other but Sami and Steph were honestly so kind and patient with me to make sure our seating plan came out perfectly! I’m so grateful. You need these little moments of kindness in such a stressy time. The quality of the product was also excellent. Thank you x

  Poor quality and zero customer service

  I picked Ivy and Gold for our wedding thank you cards as they looked of better quality than other suppliers I’d considered.
  When the cards came the quality was awful, the gold print on the front of the cards was barely visible on most of the cards.
  I emailed straight away to complain and weeks on I’ve not even managed to get a response.
  Given how important thank you cards are I’m really disappointed and would never use this supplier again.

  Vellum Jackets and Envelopes

  Wow! Not only was ordering them so easy but speaking to Sami and the team to process my order was the easiest experience I have ever had! The invites themselves look absolutely stunning and they are now my favourite thing I have discovered in wedding planning! Will defo be ordering so much more from them!

  The designs and quality of the products are fantastic and I’d highly recommend their products

  Sami is really amazing such a lovely person and someone who communicates really well, I ordered twice from her and I got an exceptional service! i was able to track my order and the quality of the bridesmaids propsal cards were perfect! thank you so much

  Amazing supplier and such beautiful napkins bands

  I would highly recommend this supplier, she was very responsive and my order was quickly delivered. Such beautiful napkins bands for my wedding In Santorini and the silver colour looked amazing against my lilac wedding colours would highly recommend.

  Amazing service & beautiful products

  Amazing service from Ivy & Gold, from initial enquiry right through to receiving my items they went above and beyond. The table place names looked amazing and I could not have been happier with them. Would 100% recommend and use again!
