Q - What sort of bespoke texts can you create?

'My core offer currently includes a Welcome for your ceremony guests to read, usually written with your words and presented on cards for their chairs...a ‘Story so far’ about your relationship for your Order of Service, which can be written with either your words or those of nominated family/friends...and well-wishings, short non-rhyming poems written with chosen loved ones’ words, which tend to be printed on cards that become part of table settings and centrepieces. However, going bespoke means almost anything is possible, so different ideas are always welcome, even if they're not fully formed yet.'

Q - What does your creative process involve?

‘First of all, we'd discuss what sort of bespoke writing would best suit you, your stationery and your day. Then I'd get in touch with your stationer to introduce myself and share the plan before devising questions for our contributors to answer. I'd send these out and you/they would reply with your/their answers, all the words that I then take and write with. Once you've had chance to feedback on my first draft and we've perfected it, we'd then work together with your stationer, making sure your bespoke text and design dovetail perfectly. You simply can't find the same experience anywhere else.’

Q - What difference can adding bespoke writing make?

'Commissioning bespoke writing for your wedding stationery is about so much more than just the end result, as delightful as that is. It’s about sharing a reflective and emotional journey together beforehand, focusing on what matters most to you both and capturing that in words so it becomes a tangible part of your day. It's about telling your story, either in your own words or through the words of your loved ones, and sharing that with your guests. Inviting your chosen family and/or friends to take a part in this process really is a precious thing. Nominees are often so touched to be asked to be involved.'

For guide prices all you need do is message or email me and I will include them in my reply. Within this profile and on my site you can also see examples of how my bespoke stationery writing might be presented, though of course the world is your oyster when it comes to style. I can usually adapt my writing to suit almost any design.’
