We hired Michelle so Teddy could be part of our wedding, and I’m so glad we did. Leading up to the day, she walked us through exactly what would happen.
She handled everything and kept him calm during the ceremony, made sure he walked down the aisle perfectly, and then took him back so he wouldn’t be stressed during the reception chaos.
The POV video she captured from our dog’s perspective throughout the day was one of a kind. It brought a tear to our eye.

We started the process with a meet up where I got to meet Michelle and she got to meet Olive. Olive is an anxious dog but Michelle bonded with her very quickly. Seeing how Michelle was with Olive allowed me to relax knowing she would be in good hands on the day. We even did a mini photoshoot ❤️

On the big day, Michelle assisted with photos and anything else we needed. Olive was our ring bearer and Michelle was in charge of her surprise release. Having Olive be part of our day meant the world to us and without Michelle that couldn’t have happened.

After the wedding we were surprised by a video - unknown to us Michelle asked my mum if she would be happy to record a message for us the morning of the wedding. Michelle had also heard me say that I was gutted that I had missed our harpist playing a particular song. Using my mum’s message and the song as a backdrop, Michelle created a keep sake video of the footage she had captured of the day - which made me and many other people cry.

Michelle worked a long shift, with Handover being at midnight. When we got home, Olive was calm and happy.

After the wedding we received a special marriage certificate which Olive got to witness.

Michelle was a brilliant chaperone and looked after Olive but she also delivered so many other special moments that we would never have expected and are so grateful for!

She created a video from Obi’s perspective using our first dance song, and it made me cry all over again. She came to the barn to pick Obi up before the wedding, took him for a long walk, and had him perfectly ready to walk down the aisle. Everything went so smoothly, and Michelle kept Obi completely at ease. She then brought him back to the barn and stayed with him until midnight. There was also some confusion regarding the handover, but she went above and beyond. Most of all she taken the most dreamiest engagement photoshoot with us and Obi.
Honestly, thank you so, so, so much again, you are incredible! We both massively appreciate everything you did. We honestly can’t thank you enough for looking after our little boy!

Michelle looked after our cockapoo, Bailey, and treated her like her own.

The highlight for us was the dog-perspective video. Watching our wedding through Bailey’s eyes was incredible. We got to see moments we didn’t even realise were happening like guests greeting her, little behind-the-scenes clips, and her excited reactions during the ceremony.

It’s genuinely one of our favourite keepsakes.

We always knew we wanted Luna to be part of the days. But we had no idea how to make it work without stress.

From the first chat, Michelle got it. She asked about Luna’s routine, her personality, what she liked and didn’t. On the day, they showed up early, gave her loads of attention, and had everything under control. Michelle brought her to us for some photos, handled her perfectly during the ceremony, and whisked her away once she started eyeing the cake table.

From the moment we got in touch, they treated Baxter. Michelle picked him up, kept him calm, gave him cuddles, and somehow got him to walk down the aisle right on cue (with the rings tied to his collar!).

We got married at The Normans in York, and the staff there even mentioned how well Fluffies coordinated everything.

The day after our wedding, we even received a wedding certificate with Baxter's paw print on it and a video of our wedding. Thank you so much for being there!

Bella was looked after like royalty. She arrived on time, calm, and happy. Michelle handled everything from walks and water breaks to coordinating with the photographer so we got perfect shots with her.

We didn’t have to worry about a thing. We got to enjoy our day knowing Bella was safe and part of the celebration.

We even got the best highlight video the next day, rather than waiting months for the videographer to send us his edited video. This is well worth it!

Where do we start??? Michelle and her services from start to finish were amazing! She listened to what we wanted, she met up with us a few weeks before to meet our little sausage dog and kept in constant contact with us before our big day. On the day she was a little gem! She looked after Dudley, she picked him up from our chosen address, took him on a walk and run some energy off, she put him in his outfit so he was photo ready for the venue and made sure he was where he needed to be when we needed him. What we weren’t expecting and it made our absolute day was our unexpected video of our wedding day with voice overs of well wishes from our parents and bridal party, we were a teary but very happy mess the day after watching it back. ALSO our little certificate of marriage which she gave us with Dudley’s paw print on to sign as a witness was such a lovely little touch that we will keep forever. I can’t recommend Michelle enough, her services were exceptional and everyone commented on how lovely she was and how well she looked after Dudley. Fluffies Down the Aisle was incredible from start to finish. They provided treats, water, and even cleaned up after our pup, Rocky, without hesitation. The best part? They made sure Rocky was included in every moment without ever being disruptive. Our guests adored seeing him so involved, and we couldn’t have done it without their amazing team. Worth every penny!

Dan was amazing leading up to and on our big day! At the meet and greet I knew instantly he was the right man for the job! He was so nice with my two lurchers and took a genuine interest in them.
They are both pretty elderly and I didn’t want them there for the full day just the ceremony and reception. Dan accommodated to this perfectly. He picked them up from the kennels as our venue didn’t allow dogs to stay. His time management was impeccable to ensure the dogs had plenty of time to toilet/ relax before the ceremony. I requested them both to have a little brush and wear a bow tie/ flowers this was also no problem.
I am so pleased we chose fluffies down the aisle to chaperone our best furry friends!
