Our Real Wedding

After three years of planning and dreaming, our wedding day finally arrived, and it was everything we had ever hoped for and more. I married my childhood sweetheart at the stunning Ashton Memorial in Lancaster, a place that felt like it was made just for us. With its elegant marble floors, grand architecture, and timeless art deco charm, it perfectly reflected our shared love of classic design and beauty.

The day itself was gloriously warm, a 30-degree summer’s day, but the cool marble inside the Memorial kept the venue comfortable and calm.

As we exchanged our vows, a string quartet played softly in the background, setting the most romantic atmosphere. We had hand-picked every song they performed, choosing pieces that held special meaning for us, each note a reflection of the moments and memories that shaped our relationship. Since music has always been something we deeply bonded over, hearing our favourite songs whilst making our vows to each other made it feel deeply personal and utterly perfect.
