Our Real Wedding

Beautiful church service in the village where I grew up was so meaningful, we then hired a ford mustang ‘67 to drive to our reception as we absolutely love classic American cars. I didn’t want to do a confetti line so instead we had just the bridal party stay after the service for a little confetti shot which are some of my favourite photos, I realised just because majority of people do things a certain way didn’t mean we had to if we didn’t want to. For reception drinks we had canapés with a violinist and cellist playing some of our favourite songs! It’s all about the personal touches for me that made the day so special. Beautiful meal of beef fillet with dauphinoise potatoes, tender-stem broccoli, mushrooms and Madeira sauce, followed by meringues, cream and fresh berries. The bar at our venue didn’t have cocktails available however I really wanted espresso martinis in the evening lull to give people a boost so my partner found a company that have a trailer to make cocktails out of! Everyone loved the extra little treat. We then had a D.J in the evening which kept everyone on the dance floor, from start to finish it was a magical day.
