Our Real Wedding
A Scottish, festive extravaganza! Married by the one and only, Carol Smilie, in the heart of Glasgow. We had a weather warning in place, an excellently behaved ring bearer (Gucci, the retired guide dog) and 150 guests who partied and ceilidhed into the wee hours. Our venue, Oran Mor (translated “big song”) was stunning, and the perfect setting to tie the knot - being a singer by trade, I even managed to surprise my new husband with a song I wrote to commemorate the day.
