Our Real Wedding

Our big day was incredibly special. We were surrounded by our siblings, parents and grandparents in the most amazing venue of Cameron House on Loch Lomond. Haley’s family flew in from Canada & Calum’s travelled down from Aberdeen. Our families seamlessly merged and the love and conversations never stopped.

We were amazed by the gorgeous sunshine during the day and the way our families from other sides of the world felt like they knew each other forever. We were honoured to have been married by Calum’s dad, and our grandparents getting involved by reading scriptures & saying grace & Haley's grandma arranging her flowers. It was a day full of love and peace - start to finish. While currently on our honeymoon, we are just so thankful. It was a day that we all cherished, and the quality time spent with our dearests is exactly what we were after.

Our story started long-distance, falling in love through FaceTime calls for months before we could properly be together. Looking back now, it makes our wedding day feel even more special because every moment together was something we once had to wait for. We got engaged in Canada surrounded by the Haley's family, so having everyone together to celebrate meant the world to us.
