Our Real Wedding
We had a commitment ceremony, which we pulled together a ‘wedding’ in record time (a few weeks), as my stepdad was told he had end-of-life with cancer. Time was very much of the essence. We wanted to create happy memories and bring friends and family together before it was too late. We are not legally wed as we intend on having a wedding at a later date. We made everything look and feel like a wedding, and my stepdad got to walk me down the aisle. He sadly passed away on 2nd June.
