Wolf & Hawk Weddings is a Lancashire wedding photography and film business run by Jon and Charlotte, with more than 15 years of combined camera time. The name comes from their grandfathers: Charlotte's grandad, a Hawks, was a nature photographer who travelled the world photographing animals in the wild, and Jon's grandad, a Wolfenden, was the person who first put a camera in his hands.
Their approach is relaxed, documentary and led by what's genuinely happening. They'll gather everyone for the family photographs you want, give a little direction when it helps, then step back so you can enjoy your day. Nothing is staged for the camera, and the portraits still feel like you.
Couples can choose photography, film or both, planned together by one team so the two never compete for your time. Coverage starts with ceremony-only (2 hours), through half-day (6 hours), to full-day (12 hours), from the morning preparations to the first dance. You can add second photographers and filmmakers for larger weddings. Every booking starts with a proper chat about your plans and timings, so there are no strangers on the morning and no surprises on the invoice.
You'll have a sneak peek within days, a 60–90 second teaser film within the first week for film bookings, and your full edited gallery within eight weeks. Wolf & Hawk cover Blackpool, the Fylde coast, Preston, Lancaster, the Ribble Valley and the wider North West, with travel within 30 miles of Blackpool included.
