  Amazing service from day 1

  Laura is a kind person and a professional too. She offers incredible rates and returned photos which we will cherish forever. We didn't have the most traditional wedding but she still captured the fun and slightly chaotic vibes of the wedding which sums up the day. We were also offered a complimentary engagement shoot in order to decide whether she was right for us which was so helpful and generous.

  Laura and David turned out to be the rockstars of wedding photography!

  Laura and David proved to be exceptional wedding photographers, far exceeding my expectations of their role in our matrimonial journey. Prior to our wedding, I had little understanding of the significant impact they would have in the lead-up to and during the celebration. Their seemingly simple gestures—providing pins for the boutonnières, ensuring the gentlemen looked polished, and coordinating the bridesmaids—were invaluable in alleviating my anxiety. With Laura graciously assisting me with my dress and refreshments and helping me navigate various spaces, I genuinely felt she deserved a bridesmaid’s gown herself!

  Stressful communication and an incomplete package more than a year later

  Review written in September 2026.
  Unfortunately, our experience was significantly let down by extremely poor communication, aspects of the photography itself, and the failure to provide everything included in the package.
  
  About a week before the wedding, I expected Laura to take the lead on confirming the practical arrangements, such as what time she would arrive and how the day would work. We heard nothing. I eventually had to send several messages and call her in order to get confirmation that she was actually coming.
  That uncertainty caused me significant and completely unnecessary stress in the run-up to the wedding and on the day itself. Having professional photographs was particularly important to me, and hiring a photographer was very much my preference because I wanted to enjoy the day knowing that the photography was taken care of. Instead, I found myself worrying about whether the photographer we had booked would actually turn up. No bride should have to deal with that uncertainty around her wedding day.
  
  Before the wedding, Laura also asked me to complete a detailed questionnaire covering the wedding arrangements, the photographs I wanted and specific combinations of people I wanted photographed. I spent considerable time completing this. On the day, however, the requested shot list was not followed and several of the photographs and combinations I had specifically identified were not taken.
  
  I also found the communication and direction during the photography itself disappointing. There was very little guidance on how to pose, where to stand or what to do for particular photographs. As people who are not accustomed to being professionally photographed, I had expected considerably more direction from a wedding photographer.
  
  We did receive the digital gallery and there are photographs that we like. However, some photographs included in the final gallery were, in my view, not sufficiently sharp or clear, and I was surprised that they had been included among the finished images.
  
  We paid the £600 package in full a few days after the wedding. The package expressly included a personalised photo book as well as the photography and digital gallery. A year after our wedding, we still have not received that book.
  We contacted Laura repeatedly about the album and provided our delivery address when requested. Her last response to us was on 26 April 2026, when she said that she would investigate the status of the album and keep us updated. We have received no further update since then.
  
  Overall, our experience was characterised by extremely poor communication, significant and unnecessary stress surrounding the photography, a detailed pre-wedding questionnaire and shot list that was not followed, very little direction during the photographs, some disappointing images in the final gallery, and the failure to provide the complete package that we paid for a year ago.
  
  These are all things I would have wanted to know before choosing our wedding photographer and that I think other couples should be aware of when making their decision.

  We were so lucky to have Laura as our wedding photographer! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel completely at ease throughout the whole day. Nothing was too much trouble, and she went out of her way to get to know us beforehand, which made everything feel so natural and relaxed.
  
  She also offered us a complimentary pre-wedding photo shoot, which not many photographers do — such a thoughtful touch that really helped us feel comfortable in front of the camera. The photos are beautiful, and we couldn’t be happier! 💕

  Professional and personal: absolutely stunning snapshots!

  We hit the jackpot with Laura as our wedding photographer! She's like a warm hug wrapped in professionalism, guiding us seamlessly through the whole experience.
  A true ninja in the crowd, she captured the most magical candid moments without anyone noticing. When it came time for couple and group shots, she worked her magic to make us feel as cool as cucumbers.
  Encouraging us to chat and groove naturally, posing only if we were feeling the vibe!

  Shelley and James's wedding 12th October 2024

  From the zoom call, to the complimentary photo shoot, and the wedding day itself, we were so so happy with everything Laura had to offer. Her and her partner made our wedding day relaxed and fun. We have had so many compliments with how lovely, professional and fun this wonderful photographer is. Can not wait to see our wedding photos. If they are anything like our photo shoot ones, then we will be over the moon. Thank you again Laura and partner, your both amazing. Xx

  Photography - Great experience

  I spent a long time looking at photographers, looking at photos that they had previously created and reading reviews and I was so excited when I found Laura, to see the work the Laura had produced because as soon as I saw a couple of examples I knew it was the style we wanted to capture our special day.
  Communication has been great, from booking and the engagement photo shoot to the lead up to the wedding day. Laura took note of the elements we were including in our day and made sure to capture it all. We love the pictures we received, and how quickly we received them, with a sneak peek in less than a week! The pictures capture the entire day highlighting all of the precious moments from our special day, we love to look over them and relive the day, I don’t think it will ever get boring.
  The service we received was second to none and Laura did her best to ensure we felt relaxed, even with a camera following us. So if you are considering using LA creative photography to capture your special day, from our experience we recommend you do.
