We’re so glad we chose Tommy James Photography. From the first meeting to the final gallery of photos, Tommy was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. He made us feel completely comfortable.
On the day, Tommy blended into the background while still managing to capture every special moment. He was brilliant with guests of all ages, especially with children, and kept the mood light and relaxed. Several people at our wedding commented on how lovely and approachable he was.
The photos speak for themselves. Every image feels natural, not staged, and full of emotion. He has a real eye for detail and timing — nothing was missed, from the little moments during prep to the big ones like our first dance.
We couldn’t be happier with the results and would absolutely recommend Tommy to anyone looking for a photographer who genuinely cares about your day and delivers beautiful, meaningful photos.

Tommy recently photographed our wedding, and where can I start other than WOW! We have only received 8 teaser images so far however they are simply the most beautiful photographs we have seen!
Tommy’s communication was fantastic from start to finish - keeping in regular contact both via messages and video calls, ensuring we were fully at ease and comfortable at all times. He offered useful tips and guidance for timings and the best way to do things, and immediately made sure nothing was too much of a problem!
Before the wedding, we met with Tommy at the Venue (no mean feat considering it was over an hour each way for him to get there), and were able to plan where we wanted certain pictures taken. This took so much pressure off on the wedding day, and made sure we didn’t miss any important shots.
On the wedding day itself, Tommy made sure he was present for everything. An early 10.30am start to capture all of the Bridal Prep all the way through to capturing some candid shots of the full dance floor after the first dance.
Tommy was incredibly organised all day - our timings meant the group shots were quite tight on timings, but this was no issue at all! Tommy made sure everyone was where they needed to be and it ran with military precision. Despite the tight timings, Tommy made sure he accounted for every group picture that we had requested, and did not make us feel rushed. All the guests have said the same to us about Tommy too - he was polite, friendly and made all the guests feel at ease.
Not a single bad word can be said about Tommy either by ourselves or any of the guests, and his services were worth every single penny! We cannot wait to receive the bulk of the images, because we know they will be beautiful!

Tommy was absolutely fantastic.
Professional from the moment we met him, organized and very friendly.
Organized the guests well for the group shots and everyone felt at ease, and had a really good laugh during it all.
Also worked well with our videographer.
His knowledge of Bourton Hall also made finding locations for great shots much easier!

Cannot fault the service received by Tommy on our wedding day. Got on with all the guests but remained professional. Arrived on time and dressed very smartly. Communication has been brilliant.
We have just received the photos back and they are absolutely stunning. He took so many different photos of the venue, guests, wedding dress etc. All fantastic quality. And we have hundreds and hundreds of fantastic memories to cherish forever thanks to Tommy.
