We cannot recommend Tom highly enough. He was absolutely fantastic. So responsive, so chilled, so professional and so talented. Our guests commented on what a great guy he is. His vision as to what makes a great photo is brilliant. Our pre shoot was great fun and made us so relaxed. He’s not at all bossy like some photographers at weddings I’ve been to. He took such great photos. We’re thrilled with the results. They are better than we could have imagined. He’s just brilliant, absolutely brilliant. Vision, delivery of photos and set up of gallery. He even got fab shots of our two frenchies which isn’t easy! Thank you Tom. I hated having my photo taken before meeting you! -

We cannot really put into words how fantastic Tom has been throughout our wedding journey with him. We first met Tom at the wedding fayre at the Royal Cornwall Showground and we are ao glad we did for the following reasons (and probably many more!)
- Professionalism without being in your face. We were drawn to Tom due to his showcase being very similar to how we wanted our day to be captured, relaxed, fun, personal to us without the standing formal and posing. Tom captured all of this and more and our photos are something we will forever treasure. Tom let us know about all of the packages he can offer but never pushed us into making a there and then decision.
- Pre wedding / engagement shoot, we opted for this package and we are so glad we did. Meeting Tom in a relaxed environment before our wedding to get used to being in front of a camera helped us feel a lot more at ease. Our photos from this evening are also beautiful.
- Our wedding day, Tom honestly felt like a friend on our day. Tom you fitted in perfectly, joined in the laughter and captured our day perfectly. Our photos are beautiful and they will forever hold memories of our special day and those who spent our day with us.
Lastly Tom truly we are thankful, you are a true gem and we are so glad we booked you. We know its your job but you made us feel special, you listened and communicated well throughout and we are so very thankful for all that you did.

Tom has been incredible from the moment we met him to the time we received our photos. He is honestly so down to earth and easy to get on with. Not only did he get on with guests, but he also managed to disappear into the background (I’d like some of that invisibility potion please!).
He’s responsive, talented and produces the most beautiful images. Communication was first rate from the very start. Our guests commented on how lovely he was and remarked on how gorgeous the images were; he captured our personalities, and that of the guests, as well as all those little moments others miss. There’s no ego, just a desire to do what he loves and ensure that everyone is happy with the final images. If we need a photographer for extra images or perhaps a renewal of vows he will be the first call I make.

The best photographer we could have asked for
We honestly couldn’t recommend Tom from Thomas Hare Photography enough! 🤍
From our pre-wedding shoot right through to the wedding day, Tom made us feel so comfortable and relaxed in front of the camera. Having the pre-wedding shoot was such a lovely experience and really helped us feel at ease ready for the big day.
On our wedding day, Tom fitted in so naturally and captured everything beautifully without ever making anything feel forced. He caught so many special, candid moments and little details that we’ll now be able to look back on forever.
We absolutely love our photos and couldn’t be happier with how perfectly they captured our day. Tom is not only incredibly talented but also such a lovely person to have around. We couldn’t have asked for a better photographer and would recommend him in a heartbeat! -

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Tom. From the very start when we met him at Truro Cathedral wedding fair, we immediately gravitated towards him because of his calm, friendly, and professional manner. Describing himself as a “ninja”, this description ended up being completely accurate as we didn’t even realise he was around for some of the photos that were taken.
We had a pre-wedding photoshoot at Perranporth beach, which we were initially a bit apprehensive and nervous about, but he put us at ease straight away. This gave us a brilliant opportunity to get to know Tom, and ended up with some beautiful photos and gave us confidence for the wedding day knowing we had nothing to worry about.
For the wedding day, Tom arrived early and brought a sense of calmness to a hectic morning with weather complications. Throughout the course of the day, Tom was exceptional, blending in when required and gathering people for group shots in a manner that made everyone feel comfortable. He got along with all our family and friends on the day effortlessly, and they’ve all complimented him and the photos he took as well. We had asked for our beloved pooches to be a big part of our day, and Tom captured this so well with both our dogs in so many photos looking at the camera (which we fail to do on a daily basis!). Tom never insisted on certain places to go or unnatural poses. He captured all of the days special moments, and more.
We were surprised to receive all of our photos so quickly, which brought back the day just as we experienced it. The preview was so moving, as he also incorporated our first dance song instrumentally, which took us right back to the day, and we’re sure it always will. The quality of the photos was exceptional, and every moment we wanted to capture, he delivered tenfold. Tom gave us photos that we can cherish for the rest of our lives, but more importantly Tom is just a great guy that you would want at your wedding and we can’t thank him enough. Would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a wedding photographer! -

Tom has been amazing and given us memories of our wedding to last forever. He has been supportive, professional and kept in contact throughout the build up to our wedding day. His website and forms cover so much detail that meant we could create the perfect day for us. We really enjoyed our pre-wedding shoot which helped us get used to the camera and we felt so comfortable with Tom and Holly around on the day. His style really is natural and candid which is exactly what we wanted, we would highly recommend him! -

From meeting Tom at a wedding fayre, we knew straight away he would be the perfect photographer to capture our wedding day. Tom's polite, relaxed and professional manner puts you at ease straight away. Tom's communication throughout the run up to the wedding has been fantastic. Building a rapport with Tom during our engagement shoot was a great idea and Tom got us feeling less anxious and more comfortable with being photographed.
Tom's photography is second to none, he truely captures every detail, emotion and vision. We were lost for words when we received our engagement shoot and wedding photos back.
As an extra Tom also plays your first dance song beautifully on the piano whilst you look through the first glimpse of your wedding photos. A truely wonderful thing!
The timeliness of Tom's communication and receiving the photos is fantastic. Tom sent us a preview of three shots the day after our wedding and then the first glimpse preview with music two days after. Tom then informed us when the other photos would be available, on a very easy accessible app.
You can tell how passionate Tom is about his job by his eagerness to show you sneak peeks of the amazing moments he has captured.
If you are looking for a relaxed, happy and confident photographer who not only captures your day perfectly but fits into your wedding party, as if he is part of the family, look no further than Tom. We can't recommend Tom enough!

Our perfect day, captured perfectly!
We honestly couldn’t have wished for a better photographer than Thomas Hare. From the very first chat, Tom was kind, genuine, and full of quiet confidence that instantly put us at ease. By the time we did our pre-wedding shoot, we didn’t just feel comfortable in front of his camera — we’d built a real connection. He made the whole experience feel effortless and personal, and we bonded with him so much that we invited him to the wedding as a full guest. It just felt right — he wasn’t just our photographer, he was part of our story.
On the day itself, Tom was incredible. He moved through the moments with such care and instinct, capturing the laughter, the tears, and all the fleeting in-between bits that make a day truly ours. His calm, reassuring presence made everything feel natural, and our guests absolutely adored him.
