We’re so glad we picked Stephen as our wedding photographer! Stephen was also by far the best value photographer we came across in our research. And now that we’ve seen the results, we know for sure we picked the right guy.
My wife and I aren’t the most outgoing couple and can be a little uncomfortable with being on camera, but he put us at ease from the word go. He did a call with us and his assistant (Jo) the week before the wedding to run through all the finer details and make sure he was aware of all the shots we wanted to capture. And as he had covered our venue before (Eastington Park) he brought a tonne of bespoke recommendations ahead of our big day.
When it came to the morning of the wedding, the weather was on our side, meaning he was able to get the drone in the air to capture some breathtaking aerial shots. He spent some time with both the groomsmen and the bridal party as they were getting ready. His style is very much a mix of both candid, natural images and sophisticated snaps. He has a good eye for scenic opportunities too, capturing shots of wedding decorations, flowers and other little bits around the venue. And when it came to the ceremony, he made sure to get every angle covered.
Maybe his best characteristic is how he is with the kids. Even the most stubborn or nervous child he managed to get a smile or two out of, which with our nieces and nephews is saying something! If you have little ones coming to your wedding, you can count on him to get some great shots. But we also got plenty of compliments from our guests about how amazing Stephen was throughout the day, and how easy going and friendly he and Jo were to chat to. He managed to get pretty much every shot we asked for, and was even kind enough to stick around a little later to get our Mother of the Groom/Bride dance.
We got about 10 pics through literally the day after the wedding for us to share on social, then it took 4 weeks to get the link to all of the photos. And we were blown away. We got over 650 pics, covering pretty much every key moment, as well as a plethora of lovely spontaneous ones. There were even some quirky and odd choices in there, which might not be to everyone’s taste, but for us are now hilarious keepsakes.
As for the highlights film, we are so glad we added it onto our package. If you’re like us and a video is very much a nice-to-have rather than a priority, then the film Stephen puts together is a great budget option over a dedicated videography package. It arrived a week or so after the rest of the photos and he even managed to get the license to use a song of our choice. While we didn’t do our wedding album through him, he was kind enough to recommend a third party quality supplier that produces canvases, prints and more. We will certainly be using them for at least a few items.
All in all, a huge thanks to both him and Jo for giving us so many ways to remember our perfect day. We would highly recommend! -

From my first initial message and phone call Stephen put me at ease and answered all of my questions. our engagement shoot put my partner at ease as he isn't a man who likes having his photo taken....or so he thought.
The weather on the day was torrential rain and wind, our wedding was under a stretch tent in a field then a tipi, Stephen and jo captured everything beautifully, the photos are incredible, they've really captured the feel of the day, all the smiling faces, the weather and even though it was bad weather you cant tell from the photos. Lots of natural happy photos we will treasure forever.
Jo was at the house as I was getting ready...everyone needs a Jo whilst they are getting ready. it was brilliant like a private photoshoot for me and my girls. The video is brilliant too! I honestly cannot say enough about Stephen Griffin photography! -

Extremely talented, humble and supportive pair!
Stephen & Jo were absolutely fantastic photographers, and we’re so grateful we chose them!
From the very start, they were so easy to reach, incredibly responsive, and seemed genuinely excited to hear our ideas. They were adaptive and open to trying new things, which made the whole experience feel really personal and fun. What stood out most and how they earned our trust was how humble and kind they were, they truly wanted the best for us on our wedding day.
They struck the perfect balance in their approach. When we needed them to take charge (like rounding up guests for group shots), they were happy to be firm on our behalf. But at other times, they blended into the background so naturally that we hardly noticed they were there, capturing all those candid, special moments.
Stephen & Jo were extremely hard working and also worked seamlessly with everyone else, the master of ceremonies, the celebrant, and other suppliers, which made the day run so smoothly. The sneak peek photos they’ve already sent look absolutely amazing, and we can’t wait to see the rest!
If you want photographers who truly care, go above and beyond, and make you feel completely at ease, Stephen & Jo are the perfect choice. -

It was a pleasure to have Stephen and Jo with us on our special day. They captured our wedding in images and video beautifully.

Great photos!
Stephen and his assistant Jo were great from start to finish. Great communication pre Wedding and they hit our brief well. Very professional and once proper photos were done, wouldn't have known they were there. Would highly recommend! Thanks -

Wedding day was perfect.
The second I met him I knew he was the one for us,he was so calm and kind and very professional. He made me feel calm and re assured me everything was ok and even showed me some photos to see if I was ok with them 10/10 experience.

Perfect with amazing photos and video to look back on!
It's a difficult decision to take when picking your wedding photographer.....we are so happy and pleased that Stephen was able to capture our wedding.
From the initial moment we asked for a quote for our wedding, Stephen was enthusiastic and fully committed to providing the best photos we wanted for our wedding.
He was reassuring, relaxed, approachable and incredibly professional.
Always contactable, with meetings over what we wanted and he and his assistant Jo have the perfect balance in being around when needed but staying in the background and getting perfect shots of our guests.
Throughout the day we were never rushed or felt pressured for photographs and they caught so many moments that we hadn't seen, really capturing the whole day itself.
Bonus of both a photographer, videographer and drone pilot meant we were given the best video of our wedding to look back on, capturing the real essence of our day.
The real test though is when the photos arrive......will they live up to what you want or expect.
To say we both were emotional whilst going through them says it all. They were beautiful.
