Amazing day captured beautifully by Stefan
From the first contact with Stefan, he put us totally at ease and showed great flexibility as our plans progressed leading up to the big day.
At our pre wedding meet up, he was attentive and asked the right questions to make sure he was capturing the shots we wanted on the day, taking care to get to know us, understand the vibe we were aiming for on the day and which photos / shots we’re important.
On the day he worked like a trouper - whilst being in all the right places at the right time to get the right shots but never felt in the way.
The end results were stunning and we couldn’t be more pleased with the photos

We genuinely couldn’t have wished for a better photographer to capture our wedding day. From the very beginning, the pre-wedding meeting was such a lovely experience. It built so much excitement and left us feeling totally at ease about the big day ahead.
Stefan was incredible throughout the entire process. He responded quickly and patiently to my endless questions, always making us feel supported and understood. On the day itself, he was everything we hoped for: professional, kind, and effortlessly blended into the celebration. His daughter Emma joined him as the second shooter and was the perfect complement. Together, they captured every moment with such care and creativity.
Stefan’s warm and genuine nature made it feel like he was already part of the family. That energy helped create the most wonderful atmosphere for everyone.
He went above and beyond to provide us with an excellent and extensive wedding preview, which was such a joy to relive the morning after. The final wedding album is everything we could have asked for, beautifully crafted and full of emotion.
To top it all off, my ultimate dream of wedding photos on the beach came true. It was the perfect end to a perfect day.

Stefan is absolutely incredible at what he does :)
From start to finish Stefan was incredible! He captured the whole of our special day just in photos :) we absolutely love our photos & if we ever need a photographer in the future we will 100% be using Stefan again :) -

I'm so happy that we chose Stefan to capture our special day. From the pre shoot all the way to receiving our final photos, Stefan was amazing. He put our minds at ease, gave excellent guidance to get the best photos but also allowed us to put our own touches to them. Highly Recommended!
We chose Stefan for our recent wedding and he was amazing from start to finish, we would certainly recommend him. The communications were really good, he provides everything you need to understand how the day will run and how you’ll get your photos. The pre wedding shoot, which was included, was a great addition to put us at ease and help us communicate the kind of thing we were looking for. Everyone commented how he wasn’t intrusive, was friendly and made people feel at ease. We are really happy with our photos, they’ve captured the day perfectly and are exactly what we asked for. We booked Stefan for our Wedding in Lancaster on November 2024 and it was an absolutely great decision! He immediately put us at ease from the first meeting with him, and the proof is in the pudding on the quality of photos we received from both our pre wedding shoot and the wedding itself. He has a great knack of making the most camera shy feel comfortable in front of the camera, all out r guests agreed. We also got an amazing quantity and variety of photos including some gorgeous candids throughout the day with us our guests and also the priceless group family shots and poses couple photos. He even managed our slightly alternative request to give us an 80’s style edit as a nod to our parents era of wedding photos. All in all a really nice guy and a great wedding photographer! -

We are really happy with the efficient service that Stefan offered and the quality of pictures that he delivered. We were able to meet with him before our wedding, he was really accommodating to our time and location. We also got a preview the day after the wedding and our photos were returned within a few weeks after the wedding.
Stefan really helped our day run smoothly and got all the perfect shots capturing the emotions of the day. Stefan made us feel at ease throughout the day, we couldn’t be more happy with our photos and would totally recommend Stefan.

If you are reading this review I would highly recommend stefan. From the minute we booked him he maintained regular contact. We met him a few weeks before the wedding at our venue farington Lodge. Stefan talked us through what to expect from him on the day then took some practice photos of which he sent to us to put our minds at rest. It helped because on the day we knew what to expect. On the day Stefan turned up early to set up and got a great rapport going with our guests. The photos arrived online later that night we were so impressed. For the money we paid we definitely got value for money and 100% if you do read this review book Stefan for your special day you will not be disappointed. Paul and hannah. -

From the moment Trevor and I got engaged in April 2022, there was only one person we wanted to photograph our wedding.
I went to school with Stefan and always saw his Facebook posts showcasing the weddings he had done. It was a seamless process from the moment I messaged Stefan to receiving our wedding photos.
Despite living many miles away from where we lived (approx 160 miles), Stefan always put us at ease, always took his time in explaining things, answered any questions we had, and drove down to Oxfordshire to do our pre-wedding meet-up.
On the wedding day itself, it was a very early start for Stefan driving to Oxfordshire and when he arrived everything ran so smoothly. Stefan never pressured us into having photos done that weren't necessary, we just wanted a very relaxed vibe for the day, and Stefan captured all the quirky moments brilliantly.
Stefan spent the whole day and some of the evening photographing our day and then had a very long drive home. We received our preview album within 24hrs and we were just overjoyed with how they turned out, with the added ease of a link to the website we could forward that to friends and family so they could download any photos. It was about 6 to 8 weeks after the wedding we received all of our edited photos around 1298 of them :-), they were all absolutely stunning.
We would highly recommend Stefan Willoughby Photography to any bride and groom looking for a wedding photographer to capture their day. -
