  A good service ruined months after

  Shooting was good and the pictures came out really well. The only dampener on this service is the failed attempt to deliver the physical photo album. I was recommended by self to go with a higher package which includes more time on site extra photos and a physical album. To date its been 5 months and I still have not received the album nor have I been given a date of when to expect. Instead I'm told by photographer that albums are sent in batches for delivery. I was also told I could get the albums quicker if I bought extra pages, which seemed another way to extort extra payment from me. Responses from the photographer have been abrupt and non interested since he's received payment. It's a shame because the digital photos are great, however his package is false advertising in my opinion. I asked for a partial refund for the non received physical album only for him to mention it is complimentary, however this is not mentioned in package, yet his upgrade package which costs more states inclusion of a physical album. Make it make sense. Good service on the day but unfortunately hindered overall experience with lack of commitment to fulfil advertised duties.
