Lois is the best!
Lois was absolutely amazing as our wedding photographer. From the very beginning she was kind, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. She was great in the lead up to the wedding, with excellent communication that gave us confidence everything we wanted would be captured.
On the day itself she instantly made us feel completely at ease in front of the camera. Her calm, warm approach helped us relax and just enjoy the moment, and her attention to detail was fantastic — she really captured everything so beautifully. We’re so grateful for how she documented our day and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented, kind and thoughtful photographer! -

The BEST and truly the kindest photographer you could find 🤍
Words truly are not enough to explain how grateful we are to have had Lois capture our big day in October. We first met her last year when she photographed my sister and brother in law’s wedding, and we were immediately drawn to her style and attention to detail. After seeing her work and experiencing how she was on the day, we knew we had to book her for our own wedding. Choosing Lois was honestly one of the best decisions we made.
On the day itself, Lois was everything you could hope for and more. She was incredibly kind, calm, and helpful, always bringing such a reassuring presence. Her warmth made the day feel relaxed and enjoyable, and it felt like having a trusted friend alongside us. She was so thoughtful and supportive, and it was clear that her main focus was making sure we felt happy, comfortable, and able to fully enjoy every moment.
I have always struggled with having my photo taken and have never felt particularly confident in front of a camera. But after being a bridesmaid for my sister and seeing the photos Lois captured, it really changed my mindset. Those photographs made me realise that even if you do not feel photogenic, you can still have truly beautiful photos. You just need a photographer who knows how to see people at their best and bring that out naturally. Lois does exactly that.
She is so incredibly kind while also knowing exactly when to take the lead. On a wedding day, when plans can change unexpectedly, having someone like Lois is so reassuring. She keeps everything moving smoothly while remaining calm and supportive, and you always feel like you are in safe hands.
Lois has a natural ability to make everyone feel relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera. Her style is absolutely stunning, with photos that feel effortless and natural. She captured every element of the day so perfectly, from the quiet, romantic moments to the laughter and fun shared with our guests.
We also were shocked to have received our sneak peeks back in less than 24 hours. It was so lovely to look through them together and relive the day so quickly. The final gallery exceeded every expectation we had, and we honestly could not be happier with our wedding photos. These are memories we will treasure for the rest of our lives.
Thank you so much again, Lois. You are truly one of a kind, and we could not have asked for a better photographer to capture our day💘 -

Lois was absolutely amazing from the minute we enquired right through to receiving our photos and beyond! For people that really don’t enjoy being in front of a camera, she made the whole process so easy and relaxed and captured some of the most wonderful photos we could have imagined. She got our vision spot on and I cannot thank her enough. She’s worth her weight in gold and I very strongly recommend her to any couple out there in search of a photographer… you won’t regret it! -

If you’re looking for a wedding photographer then look no further! Lois is INCREDIBLE! From the first time I spoke to her she filled me with confidence and excitement about our big day. Her communication before the wedding was amazing and put my mind at ease with all my questions (and there was plenty). On the day she arrived on time and full of beans matching the vibe we had going with all the girls getting ready. Lois got stuck in straight away getting all the photos she needed, and also traveled to my husband’s hotel to get some gorgeous portraits of him and his groomsman getting ready. I had in my head what kind of photos I wanted of me and my husband and previously being hold by another photographer that were not ‘models’ and that the photos I wanted were not going to be possible, Lois confidently assured me that we could get the photos I wanted and exceeded our expectations. It was the best decision having Lois to do our wedding photography as she made us feel so comfortable and managed to get some of the best wedding photos I could have dreamed of. Thank you again Lois for capturing our big day and giving us memories we can have on our walls to always remind us of our love. -

Lois is phenomenal! The pictures speak for themselves but I just wanted to add that she is also the loveliest person who made me feel so comfortable, I didn’t even notice her during the ceremony and our unposed brief was met! Lois managed to get my camera shy husband look like James Bond and even made my double chin attractive, I practised my soft smiles but as you will see my excitement overtook my practise and Lois captured the vibes perfectly! It was so hard to only pick 20 photos! -

Oh Lois, where to begin!
From the moment we met you at the coffee shop 2 years before our wedding, we knew you were the photographer for us. Your work absolutely spoke for itself, but Will and I really wanted to have a photographer that we felt we gelled with, and after that initial conversation we knew we wanted to hire you! It felt like we were talking to someone we had known for years!
You put us both at ease on our wedding day with your warm presence (despite the fact it was freezing!!), and it helped us feel less awkward in front of the camera, something that wasn’t easy to do as we are awkward people!
I am leaving this review before we’ve even received our full gallery because I know it’ll be 10/10 as the pre-wedding photos, and sneak peaks, have been too.
You were hands down the best person for the job and we can’t thank you enough. I will be recommending you to everyone I know, and I really hope our paths cross again - maybe I’ll be a guest at a wedding you shoot!

We were absolutely blown away by the incredibly professional service we received from Lois Brown Photography!! Not just on our Wedding Day, but our whole experience leading up to our special day too!
Lois paid attention to all details I had given on my questionnaire. My Husband doesn’t like having his photographs taken, so we wanted mainly “in the moment” shots and wow, she did not disappoint! The photos we received are just absolutely out of this world, everything I visioned and more!
Our whole wedding album is just so dreamy, everyone always comments on how incredible they are! The quality, her professionalism and her dedication to her friendly and genuine service is what makes her so special and so unique!!
Lois captured every special moment of our perfect day- some I don’t even remember in our beautiful blur of a day! Memories I will treasure forever.
I am forever grateful to Lois for the outstanding and beautiful work she put into our wedding day, even when she was almost 7 months pregnant!!
I recommend Lois to everyone planning upcoming weddings and events for a unique and magical experience!🥰🫶🏼🫶🏼 -
