Kevin is bloody brilliant. From first reaching out to Kevin to now having our full album back, Kevin has been professional, friendly and has great attention to detail.
All of our guests have constantly been singing his praises since the wedding. he made everyone feel so at ease behind the camera which can be hard to achieve.
We are beyond happy with the quality and variety of photos Kevin has sent us over.

We genuinely couldn’t recommend Kevin highly enough. From the very beginning right through to the end of our wedding day, he was absolutely incredible and went above and beyond for us in every possible way.
His communication from the moment we booked was impeccable, and everything felt so personal. Kevin already knew our venue and had photographed there before, but that didn’t stop him making the effort to meet us there before our wedding. We walked around together, talked through our ideas, where different photos could work and how the day would flow. He was full of enthusiasm and inspiration for bringing what we had in mind to life, while also completely putting us at ease before the big day. It never felt like just another wedding to him.
That carried straight through to the day itself. Kevin is one of the friendliest, most easy-going people you could have around you and genuinely felt more like a guest than a photographer. We felt completely comfortable with him, and so many of our guests absolutely loved him too. People are still talking about him now!
Something we didn’t appreciate until the day was just how important his laid-back approach would be. Weddings don’t always run perfectly to schedule and unexpected things inevitably come up, but Kevin never made us feel rushed or stressed. He knew when it was a good time to grab us for photos, when to leave us enjoying the day and when plans needed to change slightly. Nothing ever felt forced or dictated by a timetable. Everything just flowed naturally, and he still made absolutely sure we got everything we wanted.
He really took the time to understand us as well. We’re slightly niche in our love of cars, and having our fathers’ cars involved in the wedding meant a lot to us. Kevin understood that straight away and made an extra effort to incorporate them and capture them properly. It might seem like a small detail to some people, but to us it was incredibly personal and is exactly the sort of thing that shows how much Kevin cares about understanding the people he’s photographing rather than simply working through a standard list of wedding shots.
And then there are the photos themselves… WOW. They are genuinely out of this world. We are so, so happy with them. Kevin captured everything: the big moments, the little moments, our families and friends, the cars, the atmosphere and all the fun in between. There are beautiful photos we’ll treasure forever alongside some absolutely brilliant, fun ones that perfectly capture us and our day. His talent is unbelievable.
What stands out most is just how much Kevin genuinely cares. His enthusiasm is infectious and you can tell he loves what he does. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and from taking the time with us before the wedding to being there throughout the day, it never once felt like we were simply another booking.
We didn’t just end up with wedding photos that we’ll treasure for the rest of our lives. Having Kevin there genuinely made our wedding day better.
If you’re considering booking him, don’t hesitate. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better photographer or a better person to share our day with. Thank you so much, Kevin! ❤️

We are so glad we found Kevin and booked him for our special day. From the first email, it was clear that he was passionate about his craft and was just a genuinely nice person!
Kevin took on board exactly what we wanted on the day and also was a massive help in making suggestions for us.
We got married on a scorcher of a day and Kevin was just patient with us and spread the family photos throughout the day, so that we didn’t overheat too much! The natural moments that he caught were just incredible and when we go through our album, it takes us back to our wonderful day.
We are so grateful for all of the memories that Kevin captured.

Kevin was phenomenal.
He was really helpful in the planning stages, giving us lots of advice and ideas for our day. On the day, he was very energetic and super fun to work with.
As people who don't usually like taking photos, we both felt really relaxed and had so much fun getting all the photos done. He went above and beyondand made our wedding day really special, and we had many of our guests telling us how great he was.
He kept in regular contact both before and after our wedding and we loved every photo that we received, we cannot recommend him enough. -

Kevin was excellent. He made us feel totally at ease. He was lead by us in terms of what we wanted but also contributed his opinion when we needed. He was great at engaging with the church to make sure he knew where he could go and what they would be happy with. He kept in good communication both before and after the wedding to let us know about plans. All around he was just a great addition to our day and the quality of the photos are stunning. -

Wedding September 2025
I chose Kevin James photography after doing quite a bit of research on local photographers online. Kevin was very professional from the first contact until now. Kevin offered a face to face meeting to find out about us and suggested a lot of things we hadn’t even thought about. He was extremely professional on the day and got through all of the planned photos very quickly during the drinks reception and handled extra requests for photos that weren’t on the list. We received a lot of feedback from our guests about how good Kevin was at organising the photos and he does it all with a smile and sense of humour. We got our pictures delivered in the agreed time after the wedding and the quality is very high I have attached 10 of the pictures to this review. These pictures are exactly what we wanted and we will be making an album and printing the best ones for framing. -

From start to finish Kevin was seamless throughout our wedding process. We couldn’t have asked for a better photographer. From our initial meeting we knew that he would be best suited to capture our special day and he more than exceeded our expectations. He was so supportive throughout the planning process, and also excited about the future photos that we were envisioning . It didn’t seem like Kevin was just a supplier we had hired on our wedding day, he felt like a guest that we genuinely wanted there to celebrate with us. All our guests loved him and said how at ease he made them feel whilst taking their photos. When we received our gallery we were just taken right back to our day, they are beyond beautiful and they captured everything we wanted. From the bottom of our hearts we cannot thank you enough for everything you did for us, and for giving us physical memories that will last a lifetime. -
