What can we say other than wow! Kane arrived on time, very personable and professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He managed to organise the photos in a timely and efficient manner in a tight turn around. He just mingled throughout the day and most of the time we didnt even know he was there. I received my video and photos literally 2 days after the wedding and they are stunning. I wasn’t sure about a budget when I booked him but I checked his portfolio against other photographers and felt that his prices were reasonable. Thank you so much Kane for capturing our perfect day. -

Kane was very professional throughout and was very reassuring on the calls leading up to our wedding day. On the day itself Kane has took incredible photos and even stepped up to coordinate venue staff and ensure our day went smoothly. Kane Young Photography captured breathtaking photos and put together a lovely video of our special day which will last a lifetime. His great expertise in wedding venue photography provided a huge input not only by capturing photos but also helped to ensure the smooth running of the day. The perfect eye for our perfect day
We couldn’t be happier with the experience we had with Kane for our small, intimate wedding ceremony. From start to finish, he was not only professional but also incredibly warm, thoughtful, and intuitive. He made us feel comfortable and relaxed in front of the camera, which truly showed in the natural, heartfelt moments he captured throughout the day.
Despite the intimate nature of our wedding, Kane managed to tell the full story with his photography and videography. Every detail from the quiet, emotional moments to the candid laughter shared between our family was beautifully documented. His style is timeless yet creative, with a fantastic eye for composition, light, and emotion.
What truly stood out was how unobtrusive he was. He blended seamlessly into the day and felt like one of us, capturing authentic moments without ever making us feel like we were posing or being directed. Watching the final video and seeing the photos brought all those special moments rushing back we have laughed, we have cried, and we are genuinely in awe of how he managed to encapsulate so much feeling in each shot.

Outstanding photographer!
We chose Kane to photograph our wedding and he did not disappoint! He was amazing from start to finish, from our initial appointment talking through our vision and expectations to making them a reality and more! Kane is fun, friendly and professional. He has excellent communication and organisational skills ensuring our day ran smoothly, he is very responsive to messages and also had our beautiful photos turned around less than 48 hrs after the wedding. He captured our day perfectly and we would 100% recommend him for weddings. We have received so many compliments on our wedding photos!

When you’re a wedding photographer yourself of 20+ years experience, who do you choose to shoot your own wedding ?
Exactly.
Luckily, I’ve known Kane for … ever it seems like, he was always asking questions when I was well established as a pro photographer and he was becoming more and more interested in becoming a professional photographer.
He has a great personality and is a whole lot of fun, as well as a highly skilled photographer.
His wedding photography has developed over the last 10-15 years and I can say he’s probably one of the very best in the North East, if not the north of England.
He works a wedding very like I used to. Gain the confidence of the bride and groom before the big day, then on your wedding day, he’s like a ninja, popping up here and there, always capturing the important images, but with the minimum of fuss.
He’s always in the background taking many candid images of all the guests. He’s always up for fun, always open to suggestions, but Kane should just be left to ‘do his thing’ basically, and he will not disappoint you with a large selection of great images from your very important day.
First class professional, and a great wedding photographer.

Kane Is Thee Best!
Kane is an amazing photographer.. He didn’t just capture our day he also helped run it and make it go as smoothly as possible. He is very down to earth and friendly and couldn’t have been any more helpful if he tried. He captured the most beautiful natural photos (even with naughty pups and husband who didn’t like his photo taken) The quality of his work is fantastic and I would highly recommend Kane to shoot your day.
