The Best Wedding Photographers!
Where to start! Jack and Gina are amazing!
From the moment we first saw them we knew we were going to use them. They were so friendly and funny, we felt like we had known them forever. We instantly loved their work and chilled vibes. They also offered film photography, which was something different that we didn’t know we needed!
We set up a Zoom with them for our first official meeting. They were great, going through everything about what they do, who they were and what we wanted, they even helped us figure out the schedule for the day. They were happy to meet us anytime and were at hand to offer us their advice if we needed it, which was really appreciated when planning the wedding.
We are not the most comfortable having our photos taken but they made us feel completely at ease and the pressure was gone entirely. Jack and Gina also did so much more than take our photos on the day, like helping transfer our rings to the venue, getting us drinks, finding my (Beca’s) bag and ultimately being the legends that they are.
We wanted our photos to feel relaxed, candid and fun (along with the traditional wedding photos) which is exactly what they achieved. The photographs Jack and Gina took were more than we could have ever asked for. The photos are incredible and they captured every part of our day. And not to forget the film photographs which were perfectly dreamy. We would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
We can’t thank them enough and we will be forever grateful.

We met Gina & Jack at an alternative wedding fair when we were at the very start of our planning. They were actually the first vendors we spoke to and we didn’t really know what we were looking for. From the first conversation we had with them, we felt their personality & professionalism shine through. They were honest and open about how we should approach looking for a photographer and put us immediately at ease.
We spent an afternoon/evening in Bristol doing a pre-wedding photoshoot and it was key to preparing us for the wedding day. We were able to get used to being in front of the camera and also get some beautiful pictures together. They helped us to build our confidence with having our pictures taken so that we didn’t think twice about it on the wedding day and we could really enjoy the time - especially having our couples photos taken. Having this time to get to know them - both on the shoot and afterwards in the pub - made it feel like we had two extra friends coming to our wedding day, and really calmed our nerves in the lead up to the day.
From the moment the wedding stated, it was so reassuring to have Gina & Jack there - they were always two steps ahead of us and thought so carefully about the lighting and timing of different photos to get the most out of the stunning venue. We also love how well they captured the ceremony & speeches on the camcorder - an amazing addition to their incredible services. We have had so many compliments from guests on how well Gina & Jack captured the day, and also how friendly & approachable they were throughout. Jack handed us some polaroids towards the end of the day and we didn’t get a chance to look at them during the wedding, but waking up the morning after and being able to look through a handful of pictures was the best possible way to start married life (and delay the post-wedding slump).
Now we have our fully gallery, we are blown away by how well they captured the day and we can look back at all the special moments as well as see parts of the wedding day that we didn’t see at the time. We couldn’t recommend Ivy & Pine more!

Honestly, choosing the dream team of Jack and Gina as our wedding photographers was one of the best decisions we've ever made. From the moment we met them, we instantly connected and really felt that they understood the vibe and vision for our wedding, and it was great that they were so excited for our plans too!
We found all the useful info, amazing communication, and easy-to-use booking system so helpful throughout the process of planning our wedding. Jack and Gina are incredibly easy to talk to, were so friendly and flexible, and were happy to talk through all the little details with us.
We also booked a pre-wedding shoot with them a couple of months before our big day which was so much fun- it was a great opportunity to get used to having our photos taken together, get to know Jack and Gina, and we got some incredible shots that we absolutely love!
We can't speak highly enough about how amazing Jack and Gina were on our wedding day. They were more than just photographers- they felt more like extra mates to hang out with and unofficial wedding coordinators/stylists/hype crew/bonus bridesmaid/bodyguards! We felt totally relaxed and it was a joy to spend so much of our wedding day with such awesome humans. So many of our guests commented on how great they both were too, which was lovely to hear.
So onto THE PHOTOS. Wow. We've been absolutely blown away with everything Ivy & Pine have captured and created for us... from our pre-wedding shoot, the incredible reel of our day, to our amazing full wedding gallery. They captured all the love and chaos and vibes and magic PERFECTLY.
We chose to get married in a Planetarium which meant a challenge in terms of both space and lighting, but Jack and Gina absolutely nailed it and produced some absolutely stunning shots throughout the day. We will treasure these photos forever and we truly can't thank Jack and Gina enough for being everything we had hoped for and so much more.

What can I say about Ivy & Pine. It would be easier to list the things that Ivy & Pine don't do well. Which is nothing.
Throughout our wedding Jack and Gina absolutely exceeded expectations. They were with us every moment through the day and weren't there only as our photographers but also as our very welcomed wedding guardian angels. They helped us flow through our day, effortlessly moving us from epic photographic moments to epic photograph moments. On our day they even helped us drive some stuff to the venue on the day which is just one of many examples of them going above and beyond to make our day as special as possible.
Jack and Gina were also the perfect little hype king and queen keeping us excited and happy throughout the process. Me and my wife aren't the most comfortable in front of the camera so they suggested going for a few drinks with us before the big day. This gave us the chance to get to know them better and feel more comfortable around them on the day. It made our couples shots so much fun and felt more like hanging with a couple of mates than a formal shoot.
Onto the photos themselves, our gallery was literally JAM PACKED with visual goodnes. We’re talking cute ass couple shots, we’re talking candid laughter shots, we’re talking party shots that perfectly encapsulates how mentally fun that night was and we’re talking some of the best framed pieces of photography I have ever witnessed. Me and my wife were so impressed with their work and have been singing their praises since. They are SO worth every penny.
In summary, Jack and Gina AKA Ivy & Pine were beyond exceptional at our wedding and I would go out of my way to suggest them to anyone who needs a wedding photographer!!! -

Gina and Jack are absolutely fantastic. From first meeting them at a wedding fair, to planning calls, we feel like we really got to know them and that they got to know us and our vision. It always helps when there’s a mutual love for dogs and pop punk too!!
Gina and Jack are more than photographers they helped us plan the perfect timeline, gave us ideas of how to feel more natural and less awkward in front of the camera.
On the build up to the day they suggested what parts of the day would work better on film and how they would ensure everything was captured.
Fast forward to the big day itself and hearing Gina enter the prep room was a calm relief she was loving the tunes and reassuring me that the running behind schedule wasn’t the end of the world! She even helped button my dress when things were getting a bit crazy!
They helped us move the first look to a more discreet part of the venue to ensure the rest of the guests couldn’t see!
They were both absolute vibes and without them the day wouldn’t have run so smoothly, it felt like having your mates photograph the day!
Both Jack and Gina fitted seamlessly with our day and they mingled with guests (some who at first didn’t realise they were the photographers)
Jack and Gina have us some Polaroids at dinner which weren’t expected but were absolutely incredible. The reel they created summed up our day perfectly and to be honest I think I’m addicted to watching it!
I could go on, but in short Gina and Jack are two of a kind, full of energy, funny, and cool. Their eye for detail and catching the emotions of the day are impeccable and we cannot wait to see the full gallery!

Jack and Gina were the perfect wedding photographers for our day. They were an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end, bringing even more fun and making us feel totally comfortable in front of the camera. They captured our day with candid, natural pictures which didn’t feel too staged and having two of them together meant we got photos from all different sides. They were thoughtful and generous, even down to the lovely touches when they surprised us with some polaroids they had taken, a highlight reel and even a vintage camcorder video of the day for us to treasure for years to come.
From the beginning, Jack and Gina made the planning process stress free, with planning calls to get to know us, what we wanted, and to talk through ideas. They had not worked at our venue before, so it was great that they asked a lot of questions and did their own homework to allow us to find the perfect spots for our pictures.
The final photos are honestly just amazing and they perfectly captured the love, joy and fun of the day. We opted to have 4 rolls of film alongside the digital photos, which give an amazing vintage feel and was definitely worth adding as an extra. Their love of film means their digital editing echoes the vivid, nostalgic colours and feel of film which complemented the theme and colours of our wedding.
If you’re looking for photographers who will not just take amazing photos, but will really capture you and your guests' personalities, and have a lot of fun in the process, we cannot recommend Ivy & Pine highly enough!

An absolutely perfect experience with Gina & Jack from start to finish. The communication from when we booked them up to our wedding day was 10/10 - informative as well as personal and fun.
They understood our brief perfectly as we didn’t want a lot of staid group photos and forced smiles - and we couldn’t be happier with our gallery. Full of natural happiness and love!
They were a gorgeous duo to have around - smiling and reassuring all day, and got involved with all the fun we were having. They were so relaxed which made us the same.
They are unbelievably talented at what they do & so professional - we couldn’t recommend them more!!

I literally can't recommend Jack and Gina at Ivy&Pine enough. From our first zoom call with them, through the wonderful engagement shoot in which we got to know each other really well, and all the way to the wedding day itself they were nothing less than perfect. The images are stunning, and they really captured the spirit of the day. It's been a couple of months and we still find ourselves flicking through the images in wonder. (Though I am sorry it took us so long to write a review! That's on us!). If you're after something alternative or something that really captures your own unique personalities, these guys are absolutely perfect. We could not be happier!
