When planning for a wedding, you really want the best of the best to capture those special moments. These photographers and videographer did that, beyond our wildest dreams. I had the absolute pleasure of having Gavin, Sam, and Mel capture our wedding, and I can confidently say they made our special day even more magical. From the moment they arrived, their professionalism and warm energy put us at ease, allowing us to fully enjoy the day without worrying about a single detail.
Gavin and Mel’s talent as photographers is simply extraordinary. They had an amazing eye for candid, emotional moments that tell the day’s story. Every time I look at the photos, I’m transported back to those precious moments, and they feel as vibrant and alive as they did in real-time. His ability to work with light, angles, and composition is unmatched.
Sam, the videographer, created a wedding film that felt straight out of a dream. The way he captured the emotion, the movement, and the little details we missed during the whirlwind of the day was nothing short of breathtaking. Could not have had a better videographer.
Together, Gavin, Sam, and Mel were the dream team. They worked effortlessly as a unit, capturing every meaningful glance, joyful tear, and unforgettable moment. Not only were they incredibly talented, but they also brought such positive energy, making the experience fun and stress-free. If you’re looking for photographers and videographers who will exceed your wildest expectations, this team is the one to trust. They truly made our wedding day unforgettable!

Gavin and Mel were absolutely incredible! From the moment they arrived (which was super early!) , they were calm, organised, and full of energy. Gavin’s passion for weddings is infectious — he made us feel so special, captured every detail beautifully, and somehow managed to be both everywhere and invisible at the same time!
Mel as second shooter was a dream — having both of them meant we got gorgeous shots from different angles and glimpses of our guests and moments we missed on the day.
They went above and beyond in every way and the photos are stunning. We’ll treasure them forever — thank you both so much! 💛 -

Gavin and Mel were absolutely amazing, I couldn't recommend enough! Our original photographer cancelled last minute and they were able to offer a very flexible half-day package that was exceptional value for money (which was necessary when we had no budget left!) In advance they talked me through the whole process and listened to my ideas and vision for the photos. On the day they arrived early, left a tiny bit late, were incredibly friendly and confident with guests to organise group photos, and offered additional hours for a small fee if we needed it. They really helped to take the stress out of planning and out of the wedding day - we've already recommended to our engaged friends!Honiton Wedding Photography's reply:

Honiton wedding photography were absolutely amazing at our wedding. They made everyone feel at ease from the moment they arrived. They were so much fun to have with us and the photos are incredible. There isn’t one I don’t love. From the bridal prep through to the last photos they fit into the day so easily. It was like have two extra friends with us.
We wanted a relaxed feel and that’s exactly what we got. We got the usual wedding shots and did some fun shots too, it was a day full of love and joy and they really captured it. It didn’t feel like we were taking photos for hours or posing non stop. I didn’t expect to laugh so much! But they made it a really great experience for us. All our guests said how great they were too.
They are the perfect mix of professional and fun. We also got a sneak peek the day after the wedding which was a lovely surprise. The main gallery also came back really quickly. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. From the initial chat to the final photos they are absolutely fantastic.Honiton Wedding Photography's reply:

Where to begin! My first chat to Gavin really confirmed we had made the right decision to ask him to be our photographer for our Wedding. His energy, humour and work ethic really shone out to us and is reflected in the preview pictures I have had a sneak
Peek at! We also took advantage of hiring a second photographer Mel “recommended through Gavin” to work along side him. Which gave us the opportunity to have more coverage of the morning bride and groom getting ready, and throughout the day.
The attention to detail is amazing! I cannot wait to see the rest of the photo’s they have taken.
Whilst being professional they were both very joyous and a welcome part of
our day couldn’t have done it without them! Even the little things like helping with button hole’s or doing up necklaces they took the time to help whenever needed!
I can’t thank them both enough!
