  Phenomenal photographer!

  Honestly, I cannot recommend Joe enough! From start to finish he was amazing. He was so thorough and professional.
  Throughout our ceremony, speeches and drinks, I didn’t even realise he was there. He got the absolute best shots from our special day and I will be forever grateful.
  Communication on run up to the wedding is brilliant and even afterwards, any queries I’ve had he has answered them!

  Joe was honestly so professional throughout the whole process. He made us feel at ease, answered our many many questions & was on hand to support us throughout.
  He was very calm & made our wedding day photos such a breeze to do. Made us feel natural and stress free in front of the camera.

  Best choice! Couldn't have asked for more!

  Joe was brilliant from initial enquiry to receiving the photos. We got everything we asked for and more. The pictures are stunning and I will highly recommend to everyone who needs a photographer! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your amazing work Joe.

  Perfect experience - exceeded expectations

  We hired Joe for our wedding in September for half the day, and were extremely satisfied with his planning, communication, execution, and follow up.
  
  We had email and zoom communication beforehand, and on the day he was punctual. He made the Bridal party feel at ease when photographing them during makeup and dress reveal. Before the ceremony, he managed to capture the guests and atmosphere beautifully, in an organic, candid, style.
  The ceremony photographs look amazing, and he was quick to react when I asked him last minute to capture a specific moment as the exit music came on.
  
  The Groom/Bridal party and family photos turned out great, and he was clear and confident when arranging everyone. He even brought out a drone for some aerial photos and videos of everyone. The couples photos turned out beautifully and he used the surroundings really well.
  Myself and my Wife are not comfortable in front of the camera and he made us feel at ease.
  
  The turnaround for the ~600 amazing photos was around 3 weeks, which was incredibly quick.

  Great value photographer, went above and beyond

  I chose this photographer mainly due to price and flexibility - he is happy to stay at the wedding as long as you want to capture all the key moments. I think he left about 830/9pm from my wedding - after plenty of dance moves, evening guests and food etc. Such good value too. He is a solo photographer so if you wanted to cover for example bride AND groom getting ready then you'd need a second but we decided one photographer was what we needed. We didn't get a videographer so we put all our eggs in the one basket and we are really happy with the output! So many great photos to pick from. I particularly love the photos of the two of us when we went of separately after the group shots.
  He also went above and beyond to re-edit two of the photos that I wanted a bit lighter.
  My only minor critique was that the more candid shots of the guests during cocktail hour/meal/evening reception etc tended to focus on one or two people close in, I would have liked a few wider shots of larger groups/areas or a full tent shot of everyone enjoying the meal etc (in order to get at least one candid pic of all my guests in the album it means having to have lots of the smaller close in shots - one or two wider shots would have been a bit easier and cleaner in the album is the main impact of this). However I did not specify this as a requirement (probably not something people would think about in advance tbh!) in the pre-meetings so also a miss on my part I'd say.
  Overall he was super responsive (even after the wedding) - which I know can be an issue with suppliers sometimes, always gave detailed responses to my queries and communicated really well - AND met the 3 week delivery timeframe for the photos which I was super shocked at!
  Photos are made available on an online album electronically - all can be downloaded free for use however you want. Can order prints or albums via that service too, though we were gifted a Milkbooks album so we are doing that instead so can't comment on the albums available direct.

  Brilliant photographer

  Joe was absolutely amazing as our wedding photographer. He was so kind and understanding and listened to our wishes really well.
  We recommend having the pre-wed shoot as this was a lovely opportunity to meet before and talk and Joe did an amazing job getting photos of our pups as well. Will always be grateful for the beautiful moments he captured for us!

  The Perfect Day

  Joe did an absolutely amazing job taking the photos at our Wedding. It was the perfect day from start to finish and Joe captured every moment for us to remember forever. The photos are stunning in every way. Thankyou Joe for making our Wedding day the Perfect day.

  March 2023 wedding

  Myself and my now husband selected diamond day photography as we were on a tight budget and the reviews we found were great. I can honestly say, the reviews didn’t do them justice! Joe was originally meant to be our photographer, but he let us know with plenty of warning that unfortunately he could not do it, but assured us, his colleague Katie had everything in hand. Katie ensured to call us a few weeks before the wedding and make sure we were able to explain what we wanted and she explained her plan for the day which was great. Katie even messaged me on the morning of the wedding to congratulate us which was a incredibly thoughtful touch! Katie really did capture everything we wanted with the photos and they all came back absolutely stunning! The photos had a really quick turn around too! They really did everything to make us feel super comfortable and we didn’t feel stressed at all! Would highly recommend to everyone!

  Small Wedding Ceremony

  Joe was absolutely amazing. So professionally, he was not in your face but took some beautiful pictures, including those unexpected ones that show true expressions. He captured our special day with some amazing pictures. I would highly recommend Diamond Day Photography.
