Hey, I’m Matthew—and I’m Your Local Photographer with a Passion for Weddings, Events & Special Occasions
It’s lovely to have you here! I’m a photographer based in Buckinghamshire, and I’ve been chasing the perfect shot ever since I picked up my first camera in 2019. Whether it’s the buzz of a wedding morning, the energy of a live event, or the quiet charm of a portrait session—I’m all in!
So, how did I get into photography?
It started with curiosity and grew into obsession. I studied photography at college, dove into studio lighting, and spent time assisting at Venture Photography. That experience taught me how to work with all kinds of people—and how to make them feel comfortable in front of the lens. Since then, I’ve been building my portfolio across weddings, events, portraits, pet photography, and even product shoots. I love mixing styles and experimenting with techniques to keep things fresh and personal
When I’m not behind the camera, I’m usually editing in Lightroom or Photoshop, chatting with clients about their ideas, or heading out on the road for a shoot (yes—I’ve got a driver’s license and I’m happy to travel!). Outside of photography, I also dabble in a bit of card magic and spend time ringing church bells—because creativity doesn’t always need a lens.
